I'm waiting for that one match in 20 he plays well for some to jump up and down and say you see, he IS a decent player.
-
Had to check what league they were in when I saw your post. 3rd tier, how and when tf did that happen??
-
We are a great case study for those teams and Forest into how quickly things can go wrong with a few bad windows and when a manager gets stubborn
-
On terrestrial TV which is good, ITV which is not so good but beggars can't be choosers. Who do we think is winning this?

Bielle-Biarrey breaks Jacob Stockdale's record for most tries in a 6 Nations championship

Galthié mind games with officials during press conferences has worked a charm during this years 6N

France will overrun Scotland in the 2nd half
-
Do it in Cardiff if you do. I've done it in the other home nations and all are decent in their own way but the principality stadium and Cardiff on a matchday can't be matched since the stadium is slap bang in the city centre. A reminder of why Newcastle should never move from St James Park.
-
No way the home nations agree to that, unless it's a home nations group and continental europe group, even then France probably dont agree to it either.
-
Sums up the game. England have taken every chance they've had. Wales have had a decent amount of chances but only taken one.
-
Sounds ridiculous but I'm surprised players don't head it more often when they have no chance of catching a pass
-
I suppose any new non league team would rather have a name associated with whatever suburb or area of Leicester / Leicestershire they are based.
-
Alicia Silverstone would probably do a better job at full back to be fair
-
I've said in another thread I don't think we'll see back to back relegations but I expect us to turn into Stoke/Swansea sort of levels of meh for a while
-
Did the dirty in FPL this week and bought Sels, CHO and Wood. 4 Forest goals, no contributions for my team and no clean sheet for Sels. Fvck this shit

Do you listen to Football Clichés podcast? Sounds like it would be right up your street, its pedantic and entertaining.

Looking forward to this one, can't call it at all.

NZ player jokes aside key players getting older, drop off with the wings was clear last weekend too although the outcome wouldn't have changed much
-
Ok, maybe not that but in the Newcastle / Villa cycle of teams. Flip side is things can change very quickly as we know full well. Sell key players when the big teams come in and buy poor replacements on massive contracts.

December - Shit, Forest might finish top 10 but no chance of Europe February - Shit, Forest might get into Europe but no chance of champions league Now - Shit, Forest might get into the champions league but no chance they become a top 5 regular

At the start of the year I really wanted to win this years championship as I think it will be a while before we challenge again but like you say we've been generally poor compared to the last couple of years bar the odd flash so no complaints from me. I wouldn't have begrudged a late Italian win at all. The hope is that we've thought we had declines in the past and bounced back quickly with those, not sure about this one but hope I'm wrong. Our under 20s went from not losing a 6 nations u20s match in 3 years to getting the wooden spoon this year. As for Italy, credit to them, their defence stood firm despite injuries and cards.

Agree to disagree. Not sure if pelters was over the top really, the knives were out last weekend for sure which is fair enough if a team has releative success. f France hammer Scotland later everyone just expects it and says well done France hard luck Scotland. Saying that, like you I'm basing it on social media so if we were basing everything on social media South Africans would be the worst people in the world, which they aren't when you know some Saffers. Morale of the story is as always is probably just to avoid social media
