For Southgate it is win or bust, and the way he has England playing it is certain to be busy for him. FA with the squad should only be satisfied with a win in my view

My expectations have been low for a while, it is a waste of the talent we have with southgate

It’s is about getting ready sure, but we looked far from ready. Southgate was out done tactically again. I expect certain players to show far more commitment and quality at the tournament and that may be enough to reach the QF, I’m just struggling to see with southgate at the helm how we go any farther.

Well Southgate hasn’t filled me with confidence for a while now bar a good performance/result against Italy it’s been very lacklustre. Results like this don’t help when you have been struggling so long. Let’s face it not many PL clubs would take Southgate, not even at championship level .

Need to improve 100x by next Sunday… sacking southgate will go along way to getting there. To be fair to southgate no player maybe apart from Gordon played above 30% effort

One shot on target at home against Iceland.., I don’t care if it is a friendly it’s been as poor as any England performance I have ever seen. Iceland have dominated the midfield, had so much space to play in.

You have ffp hanging over you, you have an ageing centre back on your books who has had one decent season; taking a decent wage too. You either release him or offer a 1 year take it or leave it deal… not offer 3 years! What is this. It seems mad to me, I hope it is on reduced wages at least.
