There’s minimal contact. He was quite clearly looking for it. As soon as he’s hit the deck he’s turned and looked round to the ref. I think if he doesn’t book him for diving it stays no penalty.

Haha. I did think about this when posting. But you get my drift, it’s certainly the way to get most numbers.

The best time to protest will be after the match. Everyone leaves the ground at the same time. Before the game people go in in dribs and drabs. A crowd attracts a crowd. Get yourselves round to the main reception after the game and make it vocal in that sense.

Really frustrating. The best half we’ve had all season then just crumbled and couldn’t put anything together. Two awful goals to concede.

If his agent is getting £8k-£16k a week then he needs a new agent Absolutely zero chance that he’s giving him that much a week. It’ll be much closer to 5%.

Pre injury he was good for us. Last season he was awful, although a lot of the time under Cooper he was really hung out to dry as we were basically playing two left wingers and had next to no help defensively with teams overloading their counter attacks down his side. He obviously hit his best spell during the time which lead to his England call up, but his injury really killed his time here with us.

Most have been covered. For me Rab Douglas is lucky we had Ward & Pressman. Surprised at the little mention of Lee Marshall. Wasn’t keen on Andy Johnson either. Kisnorbo was pretty hated until he moved to centre half.

Monga has got the highest ceiling. He will play in the prem, so will Nelson and Louis Page also has that potential. The rest of them Braybrooke, Thomas etc can all carve themselves decent championship careers.

Does anyone like the Eagles? Glad to see them out also.

It’s just the inconsistency isn’t it. They really don’t help themselves a lot of the time. Seemed like a lot of the higher profile refs weren’t in the middle last night too. I don’t necessarily think Keane should have been sent off to be honest.
