With Vestergaard it probably depends on how much we would get offered for him, can we get a replacement in for what I expect would probably be a low offer when he has just 6 months left - one of those where it might be best to just keep him especially if he keeps up this form With Iheanacho if he doesn’t improve between now and January then I think we probably should be looking to get a fee for him, he really hasn’t impressed me so far and if he doesn’t improve quickly then I think Daka and when he is fit again Cannon should be getting chances ahead of him

Fatawu and Yunus we are obligated to sign if we go up and they both each make something like 25 appearances - I think there is a very very good chance Fatawu manages that, not sure if Yunus will - in which case I don’t think we would buy him - but still a very long season Doyle I would loan him again or buy him which I think we could definitely do next summer if we wanted to, Casadei lets see how he does when he starts a few more games, again I think we could get him on loan again if we wanted Thomas’s contract doesn’t end next summer according to his relative on here, which makes sense as we wouldn’t have just loaned him out if it did end then New contracts for Ndidi, Nelson, and Wanya Marcal Even if Vestergaard carries on this kind of form for the whole season I would still let him go Smithies, Albrighton, Praet, Choudhury, Iheanacho can all leave Honestly not a clue about Vardy, just one of those players I never want us to let go haha, try and keep him around as a player coach but I don’t think he will want to go that kind of route

http://sportwitness.co.uk/club-increased-contacts-sign-leicester-city-star-player-favouring-exit-time-running/ Club have ‘increased contacts’ to sign Leicester City star – Player ‘favouring’ exit, time running out With less than 48 hours left in the transfer window in Turkey, which closes on Friday, clubs such as Fenerbahçe are stepping up a gear to bring late reinforcements, like Leicester City’s Wilfred Ndidi. The latest on that particular situation comes from Gazete Vatan, who have an article dedicated to the Süper Lig side’s efforts to sign the Nigeria international. It’s explained the Leicester player, who has started five out of seven games under Enzo Maresca this season, is now on Fenerbahçe’s radar, as they want to ‘make a definitive reinforcement’ of a new number six, meaning defensive midfielder, in their squad. In fact, they have ‘increased their contacts’ to try and sign the 26-year-old from the King Power Stadium, and it’s added that Ndidi himself is ‘favouring’ the idea of a transfer away. That being said, Leicester ‘want to obtain transfer income’ from a possible sale, knowing full well this could be their last chance to cash in since the midfielder’s current contract expires next summer.

https://www.lcfc.com/news/3664842/tom-cannon-makes-permanent-leicester-city-move Young striker Tom Cannon has joined Leicester City Football Club in a permanent transfer from Everton, subject to league approval. - Leicester City confirm signing of Everton striker Tom Cannon - The 20-year-old has agreed a five-year-deal at King Power Stadium The 20-year-old joins the Foxes for an undisclosed fee after agreeing a five-year contract at King Power Stadium to become the latest addition to manager Enzo Maresca’s squad. Speaking to LCFC.com, he said: “It feels amazing. I just can’t wait to get started. I was just looking forward to getting it over the line and it’s all been sorted now so I’m glad. When a club like Leicester come calling, it’s hard to say no. “Having a look around the training ground so far, the facilities are unbelievable, and just the size of the club, it’s a massive club. Everyone knows where the club belongs – that’s in the Premier League. I’m sure that’s the aim this season, just to get back to the top and then take it from there.” A product of Everton’s youth system, Cannon signed his first professional contract with the club in March 2021 and made his senior Toffees debut in a Carabao Cup clash at Bournemouth in November 2022. He made his Premier League bow during the same month, also against the Cherries, before moving on loan to Preston North End in January 2023. His spell at Deepdale was a fruitful one as he found the net eight times in 20 league appearances for Ryan Lowe’s side. Internationally, he has represented Republic of Ireland at youth level, and most recently earned a first call-up to the Under-21s team in March 2023, making his debut in a friendly against Iceland. He will now link-up with the Foxes, who are next in Sky Bet Championship action at home to Hull City on Saturday 2 September (3pm BST kick-off).
