What’s he said?

He’ll know what needs to be done and who needs to go. We’re in a difficult position in terms who will want it, and at some point we are going to have to back someone for a reasonable period of time…

****ING GET IN THERE YOU BEAUTIFUL BLUE BOYS
-
can you imagine if he does with Ayew AND Daka to give them a “send off” or something.
-
Wow that means a huge chunk has not renewed, and I’m not surprised but this is desperate measures
-
As @CloudFox has pointed out, why not do it before now so we can all say goodbye properly. Perhaps not the final home game because that was a dead rubber and no one was there, but even before that so it would have been a meaningful opportunity to say goodbye and not put out a message online with somber music in the background.

It feels like the club are using him leaving as a distraction to be honest

Is it me or does this clearly lack Claude Puel’s favourite word? They just seem to be ambling around.

Foxes Trust End of 25/26 Survey

I didn’t think there were many if any leading questions. If they don’t want to listen they won’t, but as many have said we need to get this type of data -
5 Live Sport - the Rise and Fall of Leicester City on now
Wasyls Pec Deck replied to Wsl's topic in Leicester City Forum
Worth a listen or too depressing? -
It’s a combination, for every crap player on big wages (Daka, Soumare, Vesty etc) who either turned down moves or no one else was prepared to cover their wage, there is a Tielemans (even Ricardo?) who was a lucrative asset and should have been sold. And then for those we did get a fee for - eg Conor Coady - it turns out we’re still paying a % of his wage… 😡 You’re right we’ve let over £200m I think (based on what we paid) leave for nothing, and clearly some of that could have been sold for a fee. But we hadn’t half made life difficult for ourselves, or rather the person in charge of squad building did. If only we had employed someone who could count and has a modicum of responsibility when it came to the finances.
-
We tried to cut our losses several times but when you pay crap players big wages - surprise surprise - it’s hard or impossible to move them on because no fecker wants them. So you’ve wasted money, become skint and then all of sudden Patson Daka is the only recognised first team striker in the squad… 🤨

Managers have nothing to do with contracts now and he was hired to play that style. I’d say he can’t be blamed for either.
-
Enzo managed to get a tune of Mavididi and if you look at his career it’s very hit and miss, and he’s been a miss all season. Fatawu may have scored 4-5 worldies, but he’s also been a fraction of the player he was last time at this level. Cash in on both, but without the right structures in place and an owner who turns up and holds people to account we’ll likely continue be fed crap by agents instead of doing homework on good eggs like we used to.
-
As much as I’m interested to know who it will be, I’m also interested in the timing of when they are announced. Ideally in the next few weeks so the new manager can be involved for planning for next season and be involved in discussions about who to keep and who to get rid of etc. But you just know someone will be brought in 3-4 weeks before the new season and be expected to work with whatever skeleton squad he inherits.

Home and Away Support/Atmosphere
Wasyls Pec Deck replied to FoxesTalker's topic in Leicester City Forum
This individual is clearly not mentally sound. -
These people support the club without actually critically thinking about the trajectory we’re on. I find it strange to be honest. Has anyone ever asked them how far they’re prepared for us to fall?
-
And a large proportion of those who did turn up last night were just laughing and taking the piss out of the club. They may not be vocal, but I would say I’m confident we’re now at the stage where the majority of match going fans want significant change, whereas previously I was never sure.

Foxes Trust End of 25/26 Survey
Wasyls Pec Deck replied to Muzzy_no7's topic in Leicester City Forum
I thought it was a well designed survey that asked / framed questions really well 👍 -
Totally disgraceful. People like that need a punch in the chops
-
So I went last night just because it’s a day out with my dad. Hardly anyone there around me, but I did speak to many of who’ve I’ve barely spoken with in 5-6 years other than the odd pleasantry. But this situation led everyone to speak to each other and a sort of community developed strangely, but the tone of the conversations says it all - pretty all conversation was taking the piss out of the club, Rudkin, players etc. But I was surprised at how KP out they actually are, whereas previously I’d took them to be passive. So I’m reading into that far more people want and change than I had previously thought and it’s not just limited to the vocal types in the UFS section.

Always rated him and certainly for where we’re going. Hopefully a year in League One will be a good way to ease back to football after a bad injury.
-
Yea he won’t walk. He’d not be able to get a similar job in football anywhere else
