If there is anything stopping you watching us this season surely it’s the on field performances during the last 5 years and not the responses to loaded questions by KP and club gimps! -
I’d agree if you meant Luke and not Silko. Silko was never going to pull up trees, but he’s not part of the problem
-
Have DM’d you. But I think so.
-
Just found it online somewhere for £13.38. DM if you want a link as posting it here is probably ill advised.
-
I like it, but only if the crap sponsor isn’t on the front. That said I won’t be buying it as I refuse to give KP any additional money. I wonder if you can pick it up from the same same but different sites?
-
Haha this is so depressing

What a terrible signing VK was. A Danish Alan Rogers and one of the most one dimensional full backs around. He offered nothing other than he tried hard, although I suppose some of his team mates didn’t even do that to be fair to him.

Danny Ings (signing 1 year deal, John Percy.)

I’m going to buck the trend here and say this is worth a punt for a season. He’d have been an upgrade had we had him last season. We don’t have a first team striker and he’ll bag for fun in League One. -
I think that’s a bit much, but I know what you mean. In our cheque book era I’d say the following were worse: - Adrien Silva - Daka - Kristiansen - Okoli - Ayew etc etc and all the other idiots signed to compete in a squad playing in Europe only to look clueless in the bottom half of the championship.
-
🙄 still shite
-
I zoomed in, admittedly while massively hungover. Put me out of my misery!
-
From some marketing I’ve seen I sort of assumed the pattern had some historical links or significance to the city, but it seems that it’s just roots? Is that right? If so it’s shite imo.

Henry Cartwright sold to Bradford City - Official

I was looking forward to seeing him challenge the first team this season as I liked what I saw of him on loan as an all action midfielder (?). -
Where I work it is common for useless people to be moved up instead of moved on. And not moved up in a good way, more like moved out of the way. I’m hoping that’s the case here.
-
Shame Andy Hughes has gone. We’ve excelled at set pieces - in both boxes - for many many years now. 🤪
-
Over to you @Ric Flair I think for me it’s probably how we’ve not an environment where we’ve enabled him to flourish. He’s been thrown in with a bunch of willy pullers and it’s probably rubbed off on him a bit.
-
One of our worst signings imo. Just so one dimensional and hopeless. We’ve had many shit left backs and he’s up there with likes of Alan Rogers, McGivern etc.
-
People assumed we’d rebuild around the likes of Monga and the academy lads, but perhaps they are more likely to be sold? Get decent fee and 100% goes on the books. Would be really sad if our most talented cohort gets sold off because we’ve become shit, and yet another KP **** up.
-
The reported fee is criminal, but clubs can smell blood and desperation

Can anyone name an example of a club where a regime that has let things slide to a point like ours turns it around? I can’t think of one, because it doesn’t happen. A leopard doesn’t change its spots and so on. Time will tell if promoting the chief architect of failure and bringing in a minion will work, but he’ll have to be a miracle worker. The FT survey and views of many I spoke to at last game of the season confirms to me that the vast majorly of fans want change, but only a small fraction are prepared to be vocal about it. That’s people’s choice and I respect that, but equally this club is in a death spiral imo. How much worse does it have to get until there is a widespread vocal and visible anger? From my reading this thread started by saying we’re toxic and in large part blaming the fans for criticising everything the club does. How is this situation the fault of the fans? If there is anything about the fan base to criticise it’s that we’ve been passive and not made it more toxic. Passivity clearly imo gets interpreted by Aiyawatt and the gimps he’s surrounded himself with as him having significant slack and goodwill to turn it around. And don’t get me started on fans who spend time on social media being equally as critical and then jump at the chance to pose for photos with him. Get him in the bin 😡 you are part of the problem.

I’m not convinced by this appointment, but I don’t think we should automatically write him off straight away. I don’t think that’s helpful. He talks a good talk, but can he deliver. If I get a sense of him being demanding and driving standards - like he says - then I think he could be what we need. For too long the culture around the place has stunk, and my hope is that he can change that.

They’ve picked words from the FT supporter survey - simple as that. Hilarious
