Early AGM: Your Chance To Change The Foxes Trust
Foxes_Trust replied to Foxes Trust Reform's topic in Leicester City Forum
Lynn here (Co-Chair) A reminder will be going out soon about Monday’s AGM to Trust members along with an AGM pack so members can see the papers in advance of the meeting. Please watch out for it and let me know if you do not get it by Sunday evening. If you are a Trust member and are wanting to join the meeting online on Monday (via Zoom) please email [email protected] before the end of play today and you’ll be sent the link before Monday’s meeting. If you’re attending in person, it would be great if you could let us know in advance just so we have a rough idea of numbers for tea/coffee etc. We’ll check members off as they arrive, and the club just needs numbers for fire evacuation purposes. Club staff understand that they are not to attend the meeting discussions this year. Regarding the data protection query, I’m not sure I’ve seen anything other than data Daggers himself posted? If there are any concerns from anyone about how their personal data has been processed unfairly though, please email me on [email protected]. All of the proxy requests that have been received by the Trust Secretary to date are also being seen by myself and Steve (Co-Chair). Thank you to everyone mailing in and wanting to take part. We are aware of the feedback on the response that the Trust Secretary sent out and we will be discussing it at the first board meeting after the AGM, which we hope to hold before the end of January. Anyone still wanting to send a proxy vote, get it in by end of play today if possible please! (Absolute deadline 7.30pm Saturday.) Memberships received after office hours today won’t be able to be processed before the AGM, but we hope people will continue to join afterwards as we grow a movement that the club listens to. Looking forward to seeing people on Monday. -

You should have received emails on Nov 13th & Dec 17th about the AGM & elections. If you haven't received these, please e-mail [email protected] so we can check your database record, as further communication about the AGM will be sent later this week The same request applies to any other member if they did not receive the above e-mails -
Early AGM: Your Chance To Change The Foxes Trust
Foxes_Trust replied to Foxes Trust Reform's topic in Leicester City Forum
The Fan Engagement Framework plan is now back on track, as the second FAB meeting was held in November and the next FCC Working Group meeting is scheduled for January, so the slight delays in the summer, to ensure the method for establishing the FAB fan reps had the full involvement of both the Trust and the FSA was achieved which was our prime concern at that time. The FSA have stated they were happy with the process used and its now being looked at by other clubs. -
Tickets on general sale for the QPR, Palace and Fulham games. £15 adults ticket for QPR. Large amount of tickets available in all areas of the ground. QPR have taken all their allocation. Cheapest for the other 2 games start at £33

Early AGM: Your Chance To Change The Foxes Trust
Foxes_Trust replied to Foxes Trust Reform's topic in Leicester City Forum
We need to clarify the "other trusts have such a rule to remove a board member" comment above - would you like to detail a full list ? That appears to imply it is common place, in reality it's an exception to have this in place, with over 140 Trust's they all created their rules based on the model rules created by Supporters Direct, and the FSA are currently reviewing the model rules and have no plans to incorporate such an amendment, as they feel Trust's have adequate democratic principals and protocols in place which also follow good governance procedures complying with the Financial Conduct Authority. -

The entire board is against the proposal, it is not in line with the FSA model rules (originally drawn up by Supporters Direct, before the FSF & SD merger) -
LCFC Fans Advisory Board Meeting Minutes 27/11/24
Foxes_Trust replied to Foxes_Trust's topic in Leicester City Forum
We will continue to push for them to be published quicker. We always had to chase the previous format FCC minutes and made the point that their publication needed to be quicker for the FAB, so will be raising it again -
LCFC Fans Advisory Board Meeting Minutes 27/11/24
Foxes_Trust replied to Foxes_Trust's topic in Leicester City Forum
It is expected to become a main topic in the future, as was mentioned as a key aspect that the FAB would be involved with when we first started discussions with the club on creating the FAB around 2 years ago. Given the main discussions currently are about creating a safe standing section for next season, we can take it that the expansion isn't happening anytime soon -
LCFC Fans Advisory Board Meeting Minutes 27/11/24
Foxes_Trust posted a topic in Leicester City Forum
Key topics discussed included the Safe Standing Consultation Process, the plans for a new fan zone which is launched at the game tomorrow, aspects of ticketing including General Sale, Season Ticket Re-Sale and Transfer systems and digital ticketing which the Premier League has stated is mandatory for the 26/27 season. LCFC Fans Advisory Board Meeting Minutes 27/11/24 – Foxes Trust -
The PL target for next season is 70% digital ticket compliance of the overall attendance (so ST & match tickets combined) Otherwise your post is spot on. The main areas to focus on is the exemption criteria (as you stated) but also the terms around it, like how many games can be transferred to friends, as other “all digital” clubs have a much higher number of games than our current season rules

As one tier of the new LCFC Fan Engagement Framework the first meeting of the LCFC Fans Consultative Committee Working Groups took place on Wednesday November 20th Foxes Trust board member, Paul Rains, represented us, with the Trust being part of Group 3, so for the first session was part of the LCFC Culture discussions. We really need more ST holders and members to respond to the survey so a strong message goes to the club. Has everyone had emails asking them to fill it in? Some people seem not to have received it. -
Because the club listened to the feedback at the FCC working groups about the recent charge

The Safery Advisory Group are unlikely to approve moving the away fans from the easiest access point of the ground. -

Interesting to read this comment from one of the longest term campaigners on safe standing, who we worked with back in 2012 getting a display of seats available at that time set up at the Local Hero Jon Darch @SafeStandingRS · Dec 8 Replying to @foxestrust @FoxesPride and 2 others Good to see a club giving fans the chance to see a selection of different safe standing options and feed their thoughts into the decision-making process. Can't think of any other club that has gone to such lengths to get supporters' views in advance of making a final decision. -

2 'Your 90 minutes' sessions now open to sign up for to have your say on Safe Standing. Both 6pm for a 6.30m start. Doesn't appear limited to ST holders or Members. 16th Dec - in person at stadium 17th Dec - online Sign up: https://lcfc.formstack.com/forms/your_90_minutes_safe_standing_031224?dm_i=764A,TSQG,V95RR,41VRB,1q We've had a few board members have a look at the prototypes so far and more due to go. General consensus seems to be coming out from what we've seen, and also heard from others, that the favoured ones are the flat metal seats at the back of the prototypes that can be actually clipped up. They'll be the priciest though. The ones at the front are clunky and not good. Where they do the cheap version and just put a rail up on existing seats, you can bang your calves on the existing seat and there are trip hazards where the rail is fixed into the concrete on the floor. Most people think all the rails were at an OK height, no issues seeing over them even for short people, and they're ok to lean on, and people seemed to prefer painting them blue to leaving them silver. Lots of people seem to be suggesting SK1, top half of Kop, L1 and away section as the standing areas. If you are not a member or ST holder and can't vote in the survey or attend Your 90 Minutes, please let us know your views and we'll feed it all in via Trust feedback and the FAB etc. -

Foxes Trust Welcomes New Board Members
Foxes_Trust replied to Foxes_Trust's topic in Leicester City Forum
There are 12 on the Board. Responsibilities not allocated yet, board members will be allocated to relevant sub groups after the AGM. (Communications, Membership, Engagement, LCFC Women, Finance, Surveys) We're aware that some of the new board members (AGM ratification pending) are already undergoing the FSA training for supporter trusts and being a board member etc. As for why only 4 applicants, you'd have to ask every member personally why they didn't stand.
