Listen, he's a good player when used in the correct system. What he doesn't have is pace. He ain't the best in a two man sitting role. He don't have the energy to cover the ground required of that role.

Thomas is the type of player that if he has a good game, he should instantly be dropped for the next game. Time and time again he shows he can't put two good halves together, let alone two good games together

We hear this a lot, don't we. But the fact is that there are a lot of mangers out there, who are out of work, with pedigree, that want to be in work. It comes down to; can our DOF convince a prospective new manager of 'the project', and how much we're willing to pay that man to take the project on. Simple business really.
