  1. look at those line ups, on paper, and look how his team battered us!
  2. Beautiful 🤩
  3. He’s the epitome of ‘Pragmatism’. His preference is actually 4-3-3, but he’ll adapt to play any formation to suit the team he is facing.

Great. Sell him for whatever we can get then.

Happy days. Get the money in then.

Apparently, we need profit, pure 'profit' to satisfy PSR, getting the monies in the bank before June 30th. The best way to do this is to sell academy products. (I don't want to, but that's what FFP forces clubs to do).
  7. I agree. I don't think we need to be spending that much. I think we should play the market much, much better. What about those players, soon to be free agent? 10 minute work on line..... what about Juan Miranda from Betis, for example?
  8. Perfectly good squad option, but I think we need another out and out solid traditional left back. Sell/let go of Luke Thomas. Riccy and Justin cover the Right Back slot. A Another and Kristiansen Left Back.

Plan: If we could get say £3m combined for these two, we should take it. Bank it before June 30th PSR pure profit. Then we need a Centre back with a bit of Pace. Leaving us 5 options (even Vestergaard could get some game time, if we deploy a low block with three at the back. Cooper is pragmatic. He mixes up the formation quite frequently).
  10. Agree 👍🏼
  11. Yeah, crap wasn’t it
  12. To be honest mate Forest had a shortage of decent wingers, until they got CHO and Elanga
  13. I genuinely can’t remember what VK was like as a ‘normal’ Left Back, as part of a back 4. Was he any good!
  14. He was made to look semi good by a piss poor England. Vesty can play in a low block back three
  15. Enzo was right. But Kristiansen didn’t want to play that role, even though it was probably best for him and the team. He’s not the amazing wing back he thinks he is, unfortunately
  16. To try to get in behind, as Vesty and his defence are so slow
  17. He’s only fine in a back three with a low block
  18. Then the report is incorrect. Don't believe everything you read.
  19. I hear this 'we're fvcked' / 'we're skint'. People do realise that KP do have money to spend, lots and lots of it, in fact, it's just that FFP rules mean that we can't spend anything until after the financial year changes on 1st of July, right? - So it is quite understandable tbh
  20. A massive 'elephant in the room' question, this is. Are we just ignoring PSR for 23/24 ? (unbelievably risky, if so!) Do we comply, and therefore we don't have to sell? Do we have something else up our sleeve to comply? The silence is deafening
  21. Would be very happy if that were the case

Spot on. And thanks to the pathetic P S Rules, it means we may have to look to sell Nelson.
  23. We're close enough to see what's down there From here I can see OGS, Chris Wilder, Steve Bruce and Lampard swimming in the dregs below us, oh and Jese Marsch
  24. Correct. He also made a fantastic start, and won manager of the month, going unbeaten, to top the league. We were in dreamland
  25. Depends on this season’s ambition
