I do understand why people are going in at the state of the wicket but surely the weather has played a massive part? I mean it could have been an absolute road but with dark clouds, humidity and rain hanging around then surely wickets were likely to tumble at a serious rate?

The one tiny crumb of comfort from this is that once they lift the trophy and the dust has settled, it will still massively rile the Arsenal fans up how little they have been lauded this season. I unfortunately work with a few of them when I’m the London office and believe me any mention of Set Piece FC or how nobody will remember this in a couple of weeks and they genuinely get fully riled. They are desperate for the attention that just will not come

A truly awful take on things, it’s not better at all. Man City win plenty, but you never really hear from them. Arsenal win this and we will never hear the end of it, along with having the most dislikable manager since I can remember
