  1. This guy is the ducks nuts
  2. O'Brien sums it all up well for me in the first 10 mins
  3. True but I get the impression Starmer doesn't have a big ego and it's not all about him. I actually believe the 'country before party' line which is refreshing to hear. I think he'll grow into the role over time.
  4. I've never voted Labour but I wish them well. Been listening and reading up on Starmer today and he's growing on me. I like his values and I sense he's eager to get things done.
  5. Starmers new cabinet of 22 is 11 male, 11 female. That's 50/50 by my maths
  6. Congrats to Rachel Reeves on becoming Britain's first ever female Chancellor. Hopefully a good role model to the likes of my daughter who also wants to go to LSE and pursue a career in economics/finance.
  7. Not sure if this has been posted before and a couple of weeks old now. Quite impressed with what Starmer has to say. He talks well when he’s relaxed.
  8. Haway the lads
  9. Fit as fvck though
  10. Andy Burnam is good on Sky.
  11. Thought Bridget spoke well tbf
  12. I know it's only Sunderland but 52% turnout is poor
  13. And Sunderland win!
  14. Vince Cable, Anne Widdicome - good times. Maybe rose tinted specs but MP's seemed better back in the day...
  15. Ah yes, NI of course
  16. Who are the 'other' 25 seats made up of for example?
  17. I know his voting record is a bit dodgy but I've got a lot of time for Rory Stewart. Shame he's got no intention of going back into politics and clearly enjoys his new gig.
  18. Newcastle looking fit too, clearly been in training.
  19. Blyth and Sunderland running around like nutters
  20. I think Kay Burley actually came then
  21. Exit poll any second now. Daggers and Spaceman ready to blow their loads
  22. You're not voting for Starmer. This isn't the US presidential election.
  23. LinkedIn has always been important to my business over the last 12+ years but I'm this close to sacking it off. It's unbearable these days.
  24. They'd better be. I didn't walk 10 minutes and back to my polling station for nothing.
