Perhaps you should read my posts. Donkeys, did I say that? No. And you know every single Leeds and Ipswich fan it seems. I know several Leeds fans personally, but I don't know them all, who were unhappy. Added to which, it's all ad hom stuff from you when others have differing opinions. Overly negative? Lose a 17 point difference, drop out the promotion places, and in relegation form in the recent points table but people here are overly negative. Right.

You're confusing coaching, where he has his style, principles and philosophy (good for him), and managership, where you also need good man management, motivational skills that impact on different types of people and some added tactical nous, all of which he appears to lack at present.

Quite amazing and puzzling that with Enzo's apparent technical exactitude and requirements, he decides upon Hamza at full back who has none of the technical attributes needed to effectively play Enzoball there.

Enzo *appears* to be purely a coach not a man manager as well. There is a big difference especially in these circumstances. He may be technically brilliant but it's as much in the head now as feet for the players and it doesn't seem like he has those attributes to make the difference with them. To add to that, his inability to react tactically in games when things aren't working is his other problem with a lack of nous with subs. I can't see him changing now, he even said as much when he came out with his comments at the start of the year which was when things started to sour. He should not have been allowed to do that. It was like Rodgers last season. Poor club management.

I'll take that after today. Still in our hands.

I don't think anyone would be in the Enzo Out camp if he showed some imagination and adaptability. Sadly, though, there is no evidence he will as he hasn't in this post Christmas slump. And looking at his public pronouncements to date - my way or the highway - he won't be calling anyone.
