Would add in much needed competition to our wingers but will require a decent outlay. Latte Lath. Good age, decent Champ numbers. A gamble as to whether he can make the step up but I think he's worth a punt at a time when his confidence will be high. Hoping we throw some money about this next window.

Didn't realise Ramsdale was out for Saints. That's a big blow to an already weak side.

Always found Kane a more selfish player than Vardy, and on that basis I think you can make the argument that Vardy is the better player. Though I could understand people making a case for either. Rooney was elite though. A world class player who was untouchable on his day.

They've had probably the kindest home fixtures possible, continuing that trend with us next. To be fair to them, they've been immaculate in those games and beating poorer teams at home will probably get them most of the way to being safe this season. Lots of attacking talent but shaky at the back, we need to put pressure on that defense and be prepared to engage in a basketball match. Probably last chance saloon for Cooper.

The last 4 have flipped me to out. I thought the first half of Bournemouth and the second half of Southampton were our best halves under Cooper, and so was hopeful we'd start clicking a bit more. We've done the opposite. The point we did get at Ipswich required a late goal against 10 men. Very worrying signs in the last 4 and we don't seem to be learning lessons. If we can get a new man in before Brentford then I'd make the switch now.
