I am of the opinion that our squad players should looking to push out 1st team regulars giving them competition not warm the bench until we have injuries, need to be ready to replace immediately not be able to 'do a job'. Our squad is not a testing ground, I have mentioned previously we can carry a couple for various reasons, development or aging we have too many average squad players, DA is one. If most agree that he has something the question is how do we develop. Needs games for me but not at our first teams or squads expense, Championship or even Prem loan.

I am not sure it is a mentality issue, I think he applies himself but just is not up to speed, in more than one way, he needs games, we have certainly not seen the best of him. The question for me is how do we see the best of him so a judgement can be made?

I agree seems to be very tentative on the ball no confidence to take the ball whilst assessing his next pass but certainly seems to has something more at CB and needs regular football to aid his development. Championship loan spell makes sense. A bench warmer with occasional minutes will not help him.

I understand all points of view but I think it simple we can not carry him in the squad if he is not good enough to play and positively impact a game, we have suffered this season because our squad is not of the quality needed to compete, this may be eased with no Europe next season. We do not have to write him off nor anybody but whatever the scenario a Premiership squad can not carry more than a couple of 'developing' or 'journeyman' players. We have too many passengers in the squad, he is one.

Star in the making, well worthy of a spot in the starting line up, not entirely sure he is destined long term for LB. Still a little unpolished but will come with a proper season.

First thing mentioning Peggy was tongue in cheek. Look, I am a Kasper fan and understand the love in but let's get some perspective he is fast becoming a world class keeper, Tim Flowers was top quality over a long period this is where Kasper is right now but still improving. I am just not having this, can't be bothered to roll out the accolades for both of these guys. Kasper can be anything he wants to be and proberbly will, abet not with us, but he is still on his way to being great.

Along with his goalkeeping his leadership is great to watch, I think he is maturing into pure class realm, goalkeepers reach peak in late 20's early 30's, the best is yet to come.
