We are not gonna win enough games with Cifuentes in charge. 2 wins in 11 is pathetic in this league. Is a young up and coming manager gonna stand much chance with some of these ego centric arrogant pricks? No. I’d rather we go with an experienced manager who won’t take any shit and who knows the division. Tony Mowbray until the end of the season is who we should get if Cifuentes goes but more likely we’ll end up with Mr Ego Russell Martin on a 3 year contract.

I would have liked to have seen how Kramaric would have done instead of us selling him. Wasn’t the massive flop the mass media made him out to be. Imo he would have been decent for us.

I agree. I don’t think he was one of the best either. I just think he was what was needed at the time and imo he did well.

Puel did a decent job for us. He shouldn’t be put in the same bracket as Taylor, Holloway and Ruud.

Bournemouth improved massively after he left. Who are these stand out English managers we should be looking at? Martin, Manning or Still. I’m not against English managers I just think we should at least look abroad. Dave Challinor at Stockport is someone I’ve mentioned before who I’d like but don’t think he’d get a look in. As is Ritchie Wellens. I just think there are better managers out there than O’Neil.

Hassenhutl is who I want but if we were to go a different route then ideally Hutter or Rose. Both extremely unlikely. Svensson and Martinez would be imo more realistic.

We’d only consider Carvahal, Flores and Corberan because they’ve managed in this country before. Wasn’t Svensson under consideration before Cifuentes got it?

If you had Monga or Mavidi starting instead of Ayew at least you’d have pace centrally and wide. Instead of which we have Ayew slowing our attacks down. Absolutely clueless. I’d like to see Mavidi off Daka and Monga and Fatuwo out wide.

1 win in 10 in this league is absolutely pathetic. This league is distinctly average and I include sides like Cov and Middlesbrough at the top. I’m gonna get shot down for suggesting this but I would start Daka with Mavidi behind him with Monga and Fatuwo out wide. At least it gives us pace up front both centrally and out wide. We could win at Norwich tomorrow and then not win again for 5 or 6 games. We’re not going to win enough matches with him in charge.
