He kept them up for 2 seasons. He has experience of developing youth which is what we need. Better imo than a lot mentioned. I think he’ll do well.

No. What had Pearson, Enzo, O’Neil and Little done before joining us? What had Hurzeler done before going Brighton, Iraolo at Bournemouth and Frank at Brentford? Yes it’s a risk but he has a history of developing young players and that’s what we need now.

Why not? Before joining us Pearson had kept Southampton up in the championship at our expense. Sounds familiar to what Cifuentes has done at QPR.
