Yes, this clearly shows that Rowett is still in the mix for next season because if he wasn't, then they could have just sacked him and announced that they were looking for a new manager.
They let Ruud stick around not knowing for 2 months despite one of the earliest relegations imaginable.
Don't use logic for these people

If you're near the city it's Leicester and anywhere in close proximity to other places in the Shires will have fans of that club's city.
Think that's the case anywhere.

Bring him back
They'd be a genuine chance of this if we offered him a coaching/playing role and we had a Director Of Football who doesn't hate him.

There are very few nods to Vardy anywhere in the City / County.
We don't really have much of a fan culture here beyond flasks and filbert fox teddies.
I honestly think there's more things to honour Steve Cooper in Nottingham than we have of Vardy in Leicester.
Comes from having an ownership who have only ever wanted their brand and family worshipped rather than the club.

Best to take the 2-6pt deduction and ignore PSR if we get promoted. The most important thing is we need guys like VK, Winks, Faes, Mavididi and Vesty gone. They're sucking the life out the club and are toxic to the entire squad, setting awful examples for the future players.
This is how we should do it.
I honestly believe the reason we didn't go with the Forest approach and just spend regardless of potential breaches under Rodgers was because of King Power's financial situation.
Otherwise, I cannot see the logic in trying to show we were finally complying then sticking two fingers up to them by not giving accounts in on time and finding a loophole that caught up with us anyway.
Then selling KDH. The list goes on. The amount of **** ups is incredible.

Gotta save money to cover the cost of AI powered crisp bags or whatever stupid shit these bloated conglomerates are spending their cash on these days.
Every bag is going to have a Gary chatbot on the front that you can talk to while you eat your bag of crisps. But you can’t merely buy a bag of crisps any more, you have to subscribe to your bag of crisps on the monthly.
Are you okay?

Wonder if agents are telling their clients to put it out there that they won’t play in league 1 (they will obvs have said this in private to rudkin)
when clubs come in for them it puts us in a poorer negotiating position
id be shocked if we got more than the amortised value for any of our players (excluding academy which are zero)
Do we need to be concerned about amortised amounts now? That was an accounting issue for PSR but there isn't PSR at this level.
Far as I was aware it actually makes it a bit easier now because we can shift players just to get some money in without worrying about that. In last couple of years for instance, we have turned down bids for Daka because it hasn't met the 5m or whatever it was that his amortised value was. Players like Faes and Kristansen can finally go for a couple of million.

I've just checked on the website. There are so many available...everywhere! My usual block, there are a handful seats taken. Surely it's not worth it. They'll definitely make a loss on it.
A 5,000 to 1 loss

I get being doom and gloom but it's a bit hard to predict how we are going to be with a whole new squad and manager.

I’ve heard that
Troy deeney is captain of the opposition
no idea what he’s got to do with 2016 but there you go
sums up everything about the match & the thought process of putting it together
Probably because they've had more turn this down than the managers job when Ranieri ended up with it. Don't forget King Power masterminded it all though...

But it took a number of years. Some on this forum think the owners could be gone next month if we protest enough. Owners/chairmen seem to go when THEY choose.
It's been a number of years since any fan with any decent knowledge of the situation wanted them gone.
It's also, according to quite reliable sources, been a number of years since all of the King Power group wanted out but Top has refused to let it go.
Not a ****ing chance a club like Leeds or Liverpool would have let them do this.

Vardy was also past his best when he played against Cavani and Ronaldo. At the time they were still deemed good enough for their national team.
Van Persie, Falcao he played before his best.
Just saying he was better on the day against whoever isn't a fair assessment of whether he was world class. He was world class because of what he did over a sustained period of time.
Ronaldo for instance is obviously on a completely different level to Vardy.

Obviously we are all glad he didn't but Vardy could have played for a bigger club than us and won more trophies, similar to Mahrez. I think if we were earlier in his career then he might have.
There was three consecutive seasons where Vardy scored 20, 18, 23. Him and Kane were both World Class as English strikers and should have played together for the National Team.
Mahrez still has the best first touch I've ever seen for Leicester and I doubt I'll ever see better. He could kill a ball dead like Zidane could.
As much as we bang on about loyalty, we were really lucky he played for us at the time he did. Not a chance we'd have kept him at a younger age.
Pundits who say he should have gone to Arsenal are weird.I think he knew that any kind of poor run of form would have seen him benched and that would have been that for his career.
He absolutely made the right choice in being the big fish in the smaller pond. More pay, longer contract and chance to become the biggest legend in the clubs history. Which he did.

We've seen a lot of world class strikers playing for the teams against us in the last 10 years. Rooney, Aguero, Cristiano Ronaldo, Cavani, Lukaku, Falcao, Van Persie, Osimhen, Kane.
Apart from Aguero and Kane who battered us regularly and Osimhen who was brilliant on the day, Vardy was usually was better on the pitch than the others on the occasion.
The ones apart from Aguero and Kane were well past their best to be fair.

It’s embarrassing, that’s why. People at the club will be thoroughly rattled by this.
I have to say this is surprising. Turns out more fans are turning their backs on the club than expected.
Whilst the general sale allocation will be snapped up, the fact it’s got to this sends a pretty clear message. Good stuff.
Agree with this and this situation definitely needs them to get the message.
I have got one again because I always regretted ever letting it go and I couldn't get a ticket most of the title winning season despite going to every game for years before.
We have lost a lot of great fans and the club should hang their head in shame about that, but I won't miss the ones who only come when we are a top half Premier League team.
-
KPFC lot are used to watching something they love get destroyed as they watch in the corner. So be appropriate if they're all in the just the ticket area for this.

It’s actually quite offensive to the title win.
The board have abandoned everything that made this happen, they’ve completely destroyed it in fact…..
So essentially it’s nothing more than a celebration of their completely destruction of the club…..
None of the key components of the win will be there, so essentially it’s just another opportunity to line the pockets of Top, who apparently is going to “try” to put money into the club he “allegedly” loves.
Deeney getting a hat trick as the roof starts to leak and the Birch loses the plot and starts ripping sits out seems like to the only logical conclusion to all of this.

Wonder if Rebekah is telling the Cremonese fans how to support their club in their time of need

Mostly finished with the Charlie Methven section. I hope people pay attention about the worst case scenario stuff.
Does feel like a lot of Leicester fans (specifically King Power types) think it'll all be fine and we'll just go back to being a yo-yo club (we were in League One before you know!!!)
The reality is much more bleak.
I'm as anti King Power as you'll find, but I also think the situation is more manageable than the worst case scenario he was throwing out there.
It's a ridiculously avoidable scenario we have found ourselves in but there are ways round it. Dare I say a few benefits too not having to deal with PSR. We can now sell players just to get the money in. Don't have to worry about the amortisation on Fatawu, Kristansen and Faes. Just get money in.
I think best scenario with training ground is to close it for most the year and go back to Belvoir Drive.
Things have changed really quickly in a short space of time. But that also means they can change the other way pretty quickly too.

If you did something great you wouldn't want other people to go and do something great after. You'd want it to be shit so you could bask in the greatness
That's what we have from our title winners.
Only we are the scumbags outside Tim Hortons asking for 20p now
