Already three videos of this. One angle clearly shows him helping a woman who has been pepper sprayed and he is then set upon by agents, who wrestle him to the floor and beat him. One takes his gun and then shots are fired to kill him. There's no evidence in these videos that he drew his gun or was holding it.

Spot on. He may be great in time, but too much of a risk in my opinion and too much to shovel on his shoulders at this point. It's setting him up for a fall.
