  1. He won’t he will make one change two at a push, Hamza will replace Ricardo….. and potentially Vesty in to replace Okoli if fit. Then it all paves way for the incredible Silko Thomas to come on at 68 1/2 minutes to save the day.
  2. Is it a mix? Some in house staff and some Showsec?
  3. I haven’t been to a game since Stoke, and that was the only one I’ve been too for a while…. I’m not going tomorrow either, don’t see the point…. So yes I’m well behind this. But, you know full well at least 20,000 of the KPFC fan club will go……
  4. It’s possible it’s come from a team leader of the stewards, rather than directly from the top office…. Shit rolls downhill after all, which may explain the casual email.
  5. Do you think his “closer to the fans” statement was literal he wanted the fans to stand physically closer to him so he could throw cuddly toys at them?
  6. I see both sides to the argument I do…. My fear is under Marti he is likely to regress, and I don’t want that to happen. If Marti gets binned and we actually bring in a manager who will place emphasis on youth, the I’m all for it.
  7. Simply has to Try Aluko. He’s better than Thomas, Thomas is a horrific footballer….
  8. It’s worth noting that Braybrook wasn’t in a good place when he left the club on loan. He has majorly struggled with his form since his injuries and he had to get away to kick start his career. That’s happening now, so why remove him? To come back now when we’re on our arse again….. I’d much rather we let him develop, and bring him back next season.
  9. So what are we supposed to think following that kind of success? It wasn’t an accident…. It was the result of a well run operation….. And it’s not delusion, it’s the logic following a major success that a club like Spurs have never achieved….. this isn’t about the actual PL trophy itself, it’s the opportunity to build that, that moment gave us, which we needlessly, and so carelessly threw away. And we are still able to talk about it, because ultimately it’s where we have fallen from. You can’t cherry pick what eras you want to quote, you can say that it was worse years ago, and then say well we can’t talk about the PL win because it was ten years ago, or we can’t talk about the relegation under Rodgers/Smith because it was a few years ago. All roads within the KP era have led here….. I would argue Tops mismanagement has absolutely got us there, and worse, we’re now facing a potential points deduction, and it could seriously compromise our position on this league, we can’t sign players through fear of PSR, and we can’t sack a failing manager for the same reasons. We’re hamstrung as a club because of our own incompetence. Even when we were dreadful pre KP, we were still able to sign players, still able to out teams out, we can barely do that, and it’s likely to get worse. Don’t even think of trying to argue Top will have to make positive changes, he’s done here, the same poison that ran through Sheffield Wednesday, now runs through us…. As someone said, it took a while for the titanic to sink, this is there we are, the damage is done, and we’re just simply treading water in quick sand. Administration isn’t a good thing? Yes it’s rid Sheffield Wednesday of Chinseri, but they’re still terribly unstable. And there’s no guarantee that it will turn out well for them. It’s naive to think we would still be a “good prospect” you’re a carcass, with only the vultures and scavengers of the game wanted to pic at you. There is like y no happy ending in this story, unless Top somehow comes to his senses and sells the football club….
  10. I get that. I’ve stopped going, just no point. It’s horrid….. everything about the club at the moment is shit. From the click of the turnstile until the final whistle, utter soulless garbage…. People attest to being “proper” fans or “Loyal” supported, through the good times and the bad and all that…. But I really can’t stand to watch a bunch of overpaid pricks stink the gaffer week after week.
  11. He will get booted after we lose to Derby I think. But there will be no plan thereafter.
  12. Turning point? How many have we allegedly had? We may win, but will still be generally shit We may lose, and continue to be generally shit.
  13. This isn’t what people are arguing…… This is the whole picture, we’re not talking players specifically…. Let’s take a look back…….. Pre Nigel and KP, we were clinging onto the coattails of the MON, era, which was our golden period prior to the last decade…. We were no powerhouses then, besides the characters within the team, but we were a modest football club, we hadn’t really got much in terms of finances, and post MON it all fell apart, because it was his group of misfits and mavericks that made a difference. Other than that, we were a modest operation….. flirted with a bit of success here or there, but largely bounced around the divisions…. So, it was always a real possibility that we would eventually run into some hideous form, because that’s what we were, we were a turd with a fairly modest stadium…. But other than the league cup, and a few promotions there wasn’t much differentiating us from teams around us at this level….. Now it’s completely different…… now we’re a club with a major history, we’ve completed the impossible, and tickled the balls of the biggest clubs, and beaten them at their own game…. In doing so we’ve raised funds that only some clubs could dream of….. so, to now find ourselves back in the championship, and looking like we’re on the verge of going down again, given the context is unforgivable….. Some fans talk about entitlement, that’s not the case, it’s about functioning normally within your means, we’ve sacrificed a team of people that knew what they were doing, for what? We’ve an owner who’s ****ing useless, who speaks of reconnecting with the fans, and throws some cuddly toys into the crowd and then ****s off to Thailand to play pony polo….. and offers nothing more….. and owner who rather stage a PR stunt than actually solve problems….. a man who lets the only decent member of his boardroom to leave, whilst his favourite trolley boy is left to maintain the operations…. This same trolley boy who tossed a hand grenade into the finance department brought PSR charges upon us, and then never once took ownership for his and his mates hideous mistakes. It can’t be ignored that this football club has generated close to £600m…. Close half a billion quid has Passed through the clubs accounts, and we’re breaching PSR? The fact is in this context we shouldn’t be here, we should be competing to get into Europe, competing with the likes of Brighton, Bournemouth, Spurs and co…. But instead we are now a million miles away from the like of Forest, and now ****ing Coventry……. This is not a tale of “liccle Leicestah Citeh” popping back into their box…. This is the product of catastrophically bad leadership that’s eroded the club to the point of returning to minnow status, despite winning the jackpot on the lottery. It’s inexcusable no argument can make this situation appear any better….. so yes this is the worst it’s been, because we had it all and have managed to lose it, lose it when the likes of Beighron, Bournemouth, Fulham, Brentford and even Forest, Sunderland, and now potentially Coventry are striding ahead….. This is potentially the start of our darkest period, not because we’re victims of circumstance, we’re victims of our own negligence and incompetence.
  14. In what way though? We were a modest club then, now we’re not, so how can being shit when you’re modest be worse that when you’ve had it all and lost it? It doesn’t make sense….
  15. He’s not done anything meaningful for some time. Unfortunately the games advanced beyond the likes of MON now. It would just be throwback that would end badly!
  16. Hes literally been one of our better players. Leave him we’re he is, he is doing well. We’re ****ed regardless so why ruin his recent development just to plug holes in this failing team? Let him develop and bring him back in next season, we stand a good chance of being in league 1 anyway, so it’s important he and Alves have a chance to develop for a season so we can bring them in next season. Fresh off the back of hopefully two positive experiences. **** all positive about this club at the moment other than the academy. If going down means bringing these lads on next season, and rid us of the poison that is Top, so be it.
  17. Top won’t sell unless he is forced too. Everything points to administration. You don’t need a lack of cash to go to administration, to need a lack of ****s, and top had that by the bucket.
  18. Again….. context. As an organisation we were small fry….. Now we’re not, it’s not recently bias, it’s understanding the current climate…we’re a mugs different club to then, we had it all and threw it away. So yes, because of what we’ve lost, this is very much the worst period in the clubs history, or it is at least developing into the darkest era.
  19. I respectfully disagree. You’ve got to look at the whole picture….. in terms of actual football, it probably isn’t no…. I’ve watched Lavien, Megson, Holloway et al, and it was dreadful…. But as an organisation we were on our arse… we’d come from nothing we had nothing so expectations were low…. We were more on a par with those around us at this level….. we had a higher MON, because he like Nigel latterly, built a blueprint for success with a modest backings Whereas now, we’re actually a big club, the money that has passed through this club in the last decade is only eclipsed by the predictions big six…. Context is everything, pre KP and Nigel we were bang average… this excuse simply isn’t the case now, so we now find ourselves on the brink of a relegation battle following making a fortune that simply should have made this situation impossible……. We are the equivalent of winning the euro millions jackpot and spaffing it needlessly in two weeks .
  20. I mean, I struggle to see how anyone doesn’t this this issue darkest period…. Prior to Nigel Pearson (and reluctantly KP), we were just an average club… but since then, we’ve had close to £600b pass through the club….. and we’re a million miles away from Forest, and now Coventry……..
  21. Yes. This is the worse it’s ever been. Because before we had nothing and nothing to lose… Now we’ve more or less have everything, with a lot to lose. The finances that have passed through this football club over the last decade, mean that the position we find ourselves in, is frankly inexcusable…. The lack of accountability, lack of care, lack of identity is unforgivable….. The soul of the football club has been ripped out……. Before we were just little Leicester city, no we’re not, and have somehow pissed it all away.
  22. It was. I’ll peddle this to the hills. Nigel’s vision of how the club should be run and set up facilitated success…..
  23. Forget silence of the rams, Shagged by the sheep…..
