He goes tonight. Has to.

Any manager who picks Soumare when there’s genuinely no reason to needs sacking.

Yet again, another mistake leads to a goal.

Pivotal three games for Marti. And you can tell he’s going to start wrong…. Millwall should have been the confirmation that he was looking for regarding who he can and can’t trust in this team…. Yet he has fallen foul as Cooper did and RVN of just picking the safe options, even though they’ve never been safe options…… To certain extent I feel for him, but in the same breath he isn’t helping himself either. If ever there was a game to introduce some more academy players, it was today….. I however predict no wins in the next three, and Marti gone after Norwich. -

Brendan is the most complicated character ever in football I think. I mean, his work could be debated by academics…… from his absolutely hideous transfers at Liverpool, to his bizarre Turkish makeover to his bottle job FC tenure. He’s proper Jekyll and Hyde…. I wouldn’t be surprised if he mutated into some strange creature after sundown, and scurry around neighbourhoods fouling on people’s lawns. He’s an utterly bizarre character…… -

You’re spot on, which is why I think Marti has already done his own legs. We will likely see three more poor performances and him gone before Christmas. He is falling into the same trap that Cooper did, and Ruud did…. Just playing the same old shit week in week out regardless of how they’re performing. Thomas has dropped a howler every game, he’s been dog shit every game, yet still plays. -

Kylie’s rusty sheriffs badge analogy is the best thing I’ve ever heard! -

Totally agree. Thought you were spot on, on the pod with your soap box moment….. The crooks of the situation is, the current first team is achieving nothing, so what harm can starting promising talent do? -
Apparently they’ve added a one time download to the link, I had the same issue, had a new phone and I couldn’t download the ticket. I had to go to the ticket office and they reset the link.

There isn’t a single standout team in this league. It’s as piss poor as it’s been for years. Cov have had a decent start, but they’ve got a starting 11 and that’s it, they could easily come crashing down. Only problem is, I include us in that cluster of shit teams.

One angry badger.
-
It would too…… surely with how bad our defence has been he deserves a chance….
-
Bit of a myth this, I don’t think he is.
-
Do we need to recruit someone to watch us play and tell them we’re shit? I can do that.
-
Reckon Rodgers fancies a second go?
-
Incredible to think he’s played for Italy. He’s ****ing shit.

Another loss. -
They still spoke out though….. and still took action. To suggest they achieved nothing isn’t entirely true I don’t think.

Support doesn’t mean you have to be eternally positive….. nor does it mean you have a responsibility to be positive about the club even when it’s on its arse. It’s a stupid old mentality that needs to die, it’s like telling someone to just trudge along doing the same things day in day out because it’s comforting and feels right. Behaving as you have suggested by just turning up and supporting regardless will not help anything, it will simply show King Power that everything is okay and those doing so will be complicit in our demise. It’s this kind of attitude that is landing us in the shit. The irony behind it all, is that we all applauded Sheffield Wednesday when they staged a protest on match day one, yet we criticise our fan base for being disgruntled at our own shoddy ownership? Look at what Sheff Wed have achieved, short term pain, but their diabolical o regime is over and they can see a future with a potential new buyer. The question is to all Leicester fans is do you want that? Do you want this club to end up like that? Because that’s exactly where we are heading, we can be proactive about it and force KP out, by boycotting and protesting, or we can just turn up every week “sing our hearts out for the lads” of which most don’t want to be here, and don’t give a shit about the club, and watch us slide into the black hole of football.
-
You’re not wrong. And I know you’re spot on. It won’t happen. If KP were to offer out free beer against Blackburn, EVERYONE would be stood there beer in hand. Which is one of the reasons this club is doomed. The majority of the fanbase just don’t care enough, like you say, it’s like Top has the right to do what he wants…. If we were to all arrange a wholesale boycott, half would still turn up and the club would offer tickets out to people and the “lovely day out” brigade would all turn up. Away from home is probably where we would have a better chance. There’s a larger cluster of like minded fans who go to away games, so we could potentially stage a protest. I don’t really know what the answer is, it feels like we’re pissing into the wind trying to even come up with anything….. we need some more meaningful than derogatory chanting….. we need an action…. Like an agreed mass walkout, or a peaceful protest at Seagrave…… something needs to happen, because this club is heading towards a disaster.

That longhorns game… daaaayum.
