Premier League has charged LCFC with an alleged breach of PSR

PSR will send more clubs into none existence then it will save them. It doesn’t prevent anything other than challenging the big 6. -

Wow, if working for a football club isn’t as lucrative as British weightlifting speaks volumes 😂 -

Football is already dead, died along time ago, even the so called “power houses” are crap now…. I mean look at United….. they’re pathetic. The whole system is tired, corrupt and broken, lots of people are losing interest, I’m one of 3 last standing now still with season tickets from my group, there was 8 of us. And we’ve had them since around 1997…. If we don’t go up this year I’m done I think, because it just isn’t worth it anymore, I’m fast losing interest in the whole game from top to bottom….. you need got knows how many subscriptions to watch it….. it’s all just a farce. Even going to the KP is rubbish, the whole experience is crap, there’s no entertainment, the food and drink is over priced and shit, everything about the club just seems lazy now and as if the board simply can’t be arsed with it anymore. It’s why the suggestions of a super league are being tested….. the world wide desire for a closed shop NFL style league format is there in my opinion, and it’s only a matter of time before it’s suggested. It’s arguably what the younger kids want, my mates lads can’t decide who they want to support, he’s been a City season ticket holder for years but his lads just support whoever Mbappe plays for, Man City and Inter Miami. I feel like I sound like on of those old sweats, but just my feelings towards the game now….. the mystique that made us fall in love with the game isn’t there anymore. The Gazza’s the baggy shirts, the Matty Elliott’s and Izzets on the piss after a 3pm kick off. The football I fell in love with had a rogue honesty about it, and that just isn’t there anymore. It’s all boring. The EPL and EFL seemingly won’t rest until they’ve buried us alive and seen us off once and for all. It has all just become so tiresome, we’ve just had a remarkable decade, but at what cost? Seemingly the club is a soulless vessel drifting into the abyss… and soon all we will have is distant memories of a golden period the cling onto, and whatever is left of the football club. -

Great pod again, makes me just want to go on the piss with @Ric Flair -
Burnley won the majority of their games last season by one goal last season, with the odd thrashing along the way. I will be interested to see how we fair with Ramsay in the side, which I hope he will eventually get in.

The simple facts are our striking options are poor. We’ve only got two, Ayew isn’t a 9 or a 10, so he can’t be included. We’ve got Carranza and Daka and then it’s down to the academy. The reason Daka for now has to play, is because of his ability to occupy defenders. Regardless of his goal scoring stats, his pace and pressing compliments the rest of the team. It created the space for the likes of James and Fatawu to pick up the space to shoot from distance. It also allows the 10 to operate in the pockets and have the freedoms of that 20 yard box in the final third. Carranza we still can’t comment on, because he still hasn’t had enough time to really show what he can do. Unfortunately, Daka is the only player who at the moment improves our overall game. So he has to play until someone else can step up and offer what he does plus goals.

Some of the names are ludicrous, 100% made up!

We’ll do these 6-0.

So glad I drafted Dart as my second QB in my fantasy team. Top shelf sauce that boy

Our fanbase would give miserable morrisey a run for his money…..

For 16, he’s insane.

I don’t think that’s particularly fair, I think we can’t underestimate what mess Martin inherited. This is a completely different challenge to Enzo’s. Probably the worst relegation in history for us, and the worst season we’ve probably had in modern history, it was nothing short of pathetic last season, and we’re carrying that into this. It takes an age to appoint him, so we’ve had a very long hang over from last season, he then isn’t able to bring anyone in until deadline day, and that’s three loans. We’re only just starting to really come to life, this should have been happening by week 4 of the season, not 9…. So he’s had a really tough start and I think he’s done well. There are some red flags appearing, but yesterday proved that he does learn, he got it absolutely spot on, and we looked a constant threat all game, and comfortably beat a side that hasn’t lost at home for a long time. The balance of the squad was much better, the energy was much better, and there was probably only a 10-15 minute spell after they scored that Swansea looked any good, other than that, we kept them at arms length for 90 minutes. It seemed like something clicked yesterday for us. Yes the 9 is an issue, we know Ayew and Daka aren’t getting you double figures, but I was slightly encouraged by Carranza yesterday, he took up some good positions, and looked much sharper. What will be interesting, is to see what Evans could achieve in a confident team playing upfront. I’d like to think Marti might give him a go, because I think confident Evans in a confident Leicester team scores goals.

They will hit a run of poor form. There’s weaknesses in that team, as there are in many, but I genuinely wasn’t impressed when they came to us. We sussed them out fairly easily, and had it not been for poor subs from Marti we would have nicked that game. They barely laid a glove on us. I was really encouraged with what I saw yesterday from us, we just need a number 9 who will score some goals……

Cov are the type of side that if you let them play, they will just destroy you. However as we proved, they’re actually fairly easy to stop. Again they’re a simple team, most of their good work comes through Sakamoto, if you let him run, he will run all day long. They take weak teams apart, but anyone with any strength they struggle to break them down. Still not concerned about them, at our absolute best we’re better.
-
Spot on yesterday. Everything we’ve been asking for he delivered… and just goes to show by leaving Ayew out of the staring 11, we’re much more of an attacking threat….. Full of praise today, starting 11 was right and subs were good too.

The most accomplished 90 minutes probably this season. And Ayew doesn’t get on the pitch……. -

For god sake, this is rubbish. We looked far better today. Overall it was a much more accomplished performance. And we went through the gears when we needed to, to finish the game off. Today was much more encouraging, just enjoy the win for what it is….. -

Much, much, much better. Looked composed never really lost control of the game and limited them to barely no chances at all. And we finally seemed to go through the gears when we needed to, to kill the game off. If we play like that every week, we will be there. It’s just goals, we need to be scoring more goals. But today was a huge step in the right direction. -
I yearn for a game where we score 3 goals!
-
James… Baller
-
Why? He’s did more good than Ayew in his last game. He actually gives defenders something to think about.
-
-
He’s injured.

I wasn’t impressed with Cov in all honesty. If we could actually score goals we would be probably above them.
