Sorry not sure about that but Richard Rae said it after the match -

Pretty sure I heard them say on Radio Leicester last night that Mulder will not be available when T20 resumes in a couple of weeks. They hinted that another overseas player will be replacing him -
Would be a very good signing

For Christ's sake give the bloke a chance, as I recall his football was pretty good when they stuffed us 4-1 in the Cup. Another thing then was that he had his own players, this changed in the Prem when the buffoon of an owner tried to sign every player in the world & wanted them in the team no matter what. I'm sure he'll have plenty of contacts to get some decent loans & free transfers. Also people need to remember that we are no longer that attractive a proposition to manage as we are a basket case..

If we appoint Potter we'll be looking for another manager in 12 months time, as I can't see him managing in the Championship

Good for you for saying it. I hope you don't get too much abuse

In fairness I have only read the last few pages. I just think that the written aggression towards anyone who may not agree with the "Tory scum", "fascist Reform" or any other party is totally wrong. People are entitled to their beliefs.

Perhaps this thread should be re-titled "We all love the Labour Party"

I agree, also the fact that the wickets have been a bit more bowler friendly has made the competition much more interesting -

The Aussies have already qualified, I'm pretty sure they won't be unhappy to lose to Scotland to ensure England get knocked out -
Thank you for that

Great news that Coalville are getting sorted. A couple of things I was thinking about & if anyone could answer them I would be grateful. 1) Are the club having to be re-formed (i.e. virtually starting from scratch) or just continuing on from last season. If it is the latter do they get whatever funds are in the Bank account or alternitavely have to take over any debts. 2) Are the players going to be paid or will it just be expenses

I thought Mike had improved after his sojourn to Yorkshire but I think I was wrong. Just bowls too many rubbish balls. Great win though & our pace bowling (Mike excepted) was much better than recent games -

The woman that's doing the NY games drives me up the wall, she never stops talking. I think she works on the theory that if she speaks often enough eventually she will say something of interest or insight -
Too true & full praise to them all. It's so sad that all that good work getting up to step 3 has been undone, seemingly on a whim. The club is geared up to going higher than that but it will take years, if ever, to get back to that level. Totally baffling decision to pull the plug on it all

Such a shame that defeat, a game we should have won. Cox has had a bit of a nightmare in both games, unnecessary byes conceded & that today must be one of the worst ever drops by a wicketkeeper in history. It undoudtably cost us the match & bearing in mind the number of wicketkeepers we have, surely his place must be in doubt. Having said all that we look quite good & must have a good chance of qualifying -

Does anyone know why Lewis Hill does not play T20? He used to be a regular, but hardly played last season & was in the commentary box tonight -
I agree. I just find pulling out the league staggering & it looks like it was a spur of the moment decision. They have announced 4 new signings in the last few days so obviously they were still planning for the future. It's bizarre

Does anyone know who owns the land that Coalville play on? I know it used to be the Miners Welfare years ago
-
Both Nacho & Daka are rubbish. I shall be delighted if I never see either of them playing for us in the future

Brilliant lads, very well done. I have to say I was filling up seeing the tifo & the whole ground singing when you're smiling & I've been going for 65 years A shame you couldn't organise the shambles of the presentation at the end of the game

Great to see the obnoxious O'Sullivan knocked out. Who would ever have predicted this semi-final line up, but good that the journeymen pros are going to make some serious money instead of the usual 2 or 3 who win all the tournaments. I hope Gilbert wins it as I'm sure he has Leicester connections in the past

First item on the agenda is get him signed permanently

If it moves to Asia it will be a disaster. The time difference alone means there will be very few watching in the UK, not to mention that crowds at the events in China are shocking. The UK is the home of snooker & Sheffield the home of the World Championships. Why not hold it at Sheffield Arena, there would be ample room there for the 2 table set up with increased crowds.
