If nothing else comes out of this game, it has sorted out that Ayew is a better option than Daka

That game just summed up this T20 campaign. We should have qualified easily but too many games thrown away, no other team would have lost tonight's or the Notts games. Very poor captain & very poor overseas recruit cost us dearly. Sort that out for next season & we may be in business. Very disappointing -

The way it's going at the moment, we'll lose anyway -
Great to see some proper rough which is usually only a hack out

Definitely. A combination of Wood, Archer, Carse & Atkinson would be tremendous, but as you say will they all be fit -
Well this is 4 hours of my life that I'll never get back. I've seen about 40 of our players & about 15 of them are absolutely crap & I don't include any of the youngsters in that. We really have a massive problem if we are unable to get rid of some of these senior players that are blocking the route of our very promising youngsters. However, what frustrates me even more is our style of play. We have so many defenders & midfield players who just play pointless, cowardly 5 yard square or back-passes & are incapable of turning with the ball & driving forward, running at the opposition. Of course, this may tie in with my 2nd paragraph in that they are not very good & incapable of doing it & it has been like this for some time now. We desperately need a new manager who will hopefully produce an entertaining, attacking style of play

Sabalenka looks like she's just come off the front line fighting the Ukraines. Very unlikeable & that's not British bias
-
i thought they had introduced a rule stopping those horrendous noises whilst in play, it's just horrible listening to Sabalenka, even worse I would imagine with the roof closed
-
Absolutely spot on. In my 60 odd years of watching I'd put him in my all time top 5. He's just the sort of player we need to produce now

4 grounds that I've not been to in our section, so one of those would be nice. Plenty of others though that I've not been 2 for years

Championship 25/26 Fixtures - Thurs 26 June
Angus Scott replied to Hitesh's topic in Leicester City Forum
I reckon some of those kick off times are incorrect or guesswork. Both Easter games down as 7.45 for instance, the WBA home game on Jan 4. Not that it matters as I'm sure TV will be changing them anyway -

I think my fury at the situation did lead to a bit of exaggeration on my part. -

It's a disgrace & nobody does anything about it. Why can't they stay out there until they've bowled the overs, it's light till 10.00!! Just to highlight how bad it is, it's 96 overs in the County Championship -
As usual the US Open course set up was spot on, straight hitting rewarded as should always be the case. It is without doubt the best major. We never seem to get it right in the Open, as if we are afraid to make it too tough. I would imagine that Northern Ireland has had plenty of rain & decent warm weather, ideal for thick rough, so it will be interesting to see what it's like. One thing I noticed about Oakmont was that the galleries seemed a good way from the fairways, hence not many players hitting wild shots & getting away with it. It does my head in when I see a ball spiralling into the abyss only to be saved by hitting the spectators

They interviewed Alfonso on Radio Leicester just after the toss. He gave the impression that they wanted to bat first but thought that there may be rain & were concerned about DLS. Interestingly the Yorkie commentator said that they would have batted anyway. -

When will Holland be available or is he just playing red ball cricket? -
If LCFC was a listed company on the Stock Exchange, the share price & dividend payment would have collapsed. Hence the many shareholders would be very unhappy & demanding that the people responsible be held to account & removed from their jobs. Even though we are in private ownership this should still happen but we know lt won't

i've done it a couple of times & it's been a month before they were good enough to send me my money

That is disgraceful

I normally cannot stand him but for the first time in my life I actually wanted O'Sullivan to win. I just feel it's totally wrong that the Chinese player is allowed to compete

Just unbelievable that of all the hundreds of free transfers available, we somehow managed to sign him -
Wolves (a) Pre - Match - Sat 26 April @ 3.00pm

I'd sooner us beat Southampton, which we can do with the best players in, than have them sitting on their arse hoping for about 2 minutes football. Send all the shit players to Wolves -
I think his appearances are in the high 80's & he has never scored a goal. Incredible that he is picked for every match
-
They sound also as much of a shambles as LCFC
