I sure you dont mean it but it comes across a little condescending. Unfortunately not everybody is in the same position as you and your wife. Some of those staff live hand to mouth.....single parents, lower wage scale etc.....at the end of the day the issue is they were clearly told they were being paid today yet suddenly that changes...its not acceptable

They can rectify it if they really want too.....human error meant we were not paid enhancements last christmas (I work in healthcare and purely nights) and so only had basic pay....half essentially.......they rectified it and paid everyone affected emergency payments the next working day! This is disgusting by the club. I was told last month I am being paid today, a week early. The staff at the club were also told this in an email. To then change it with no notice is vile. Families were relying on that money.......its a total disregard for the "little people". Those "little people" keep the stadium and Seagrave running on a daily basis!

Its awful and a complete lack of respect for the staff. You do not messaround with pay.....you just don't. They need to remember its these staff that run the club on a day to day basis...looking after the players, feeding everyone, manning the tills, selling tickets, social media, ground staff..........its disgusting. You do not do this. It shows how little they respect and think of them.
