It's the mega trawlers owned by large corporations who hover up all the fish that is the problem and the price of fish has gone up the last 10 years as a result because they run a cartel. Small independent one man operators haven't a chance. But they EU won't do anything because alot of the owners of mega trawlers are owned by french companies. We're probably desperate for money having wasted so much money last summer eg 25m for Skipp and all the rest of the dross....it's a shame that we never get to see good young players play for Leicester but money talks now
