  1. Fatawu does leave massive spaces in behind sometimes
  2. He’s been decent?
  3. Ayew at 9 just doesn’t work, every time we move him we look notably better.
  4. Almost like we should be playing Daka up top with Ayew in the 10, has looked good every time we’ve done it
  5. We did absolutely dominate this league with that centre back partnership not very long ago in fairness 🤣
  6. They’re going to look to pick us off on the break but looks like we should be well on top here, we’ve looked comfortably the better side until now Plenty of time to go.
  7. Faes there taking a massive risk 🤣
  8. Mav looking bright. we have started well, goal aside
  9. Iling-Junior is too good for this league, shows it there, nicely taken
  10. The commentary I am here for
  11. Really tidy start, good stuff down the right
  12. Glad he starts, he was brighter vs Cov despite the miss and looked gutted at the end of the game. He still annoys me taking too many touches at times, then (like last weeks chance) sometimes snatches at it when he has the time to take the touches, but there is no doubt he has ability. Needs confidence, and our fans aren’t helping.
  13. Don’t disagree with that, but we are a few games in, plenty of time to phase Nelson in across the season. Ropey start for him and reverting to a championship winning CB pairing doesn’t mean he isn’t going to play again this season.
  14. Agree they should both be on the bench for sure 👍🏼
  15. If it wasn’t literally a championship winning centre back partnership I’d have less sympathy, but I understand why you’d start of with it given how competitive the league looks and our unknown points deduction that said, I’d have Nelson on the bench for sure
  16. When you are doing well and coasting high on confidence you can afford to take risks starting a young CB low on confidence. I don’t blame Marti given the middling start and likely mountain of pressure he is under from above. Hard to take those risks when you need it to work.
  17. James Winks Fatawu Ayew Monga Daka/Carranza At some point, please
  18. I’d play him, just not as a 9
  19. Ayew at 9 aside… yes it’s probably our strongest side. Every time we’ve taken Ayew out of the 9 we have improved imo. Regardless of who has gone up there instead of him.
  20. Reasonable chance it’ll be James, Winks and Ramsey when the latter isn’t suspended I reckon.
  21. Ayew aside I don’t mind it. Don’t think I can stand another 90 of him falling over, passing it backwards and sprinting away from the opponents goal when we are attacking…
  22. Yeah… might have lost my head a bit there 🤣
  23. Maybe they’ve turned me into a conspiracy theorist, as many Trump appointees clearly cannot be trusted, but there are some oddly specific and convenient bullet carvings seemingly left at the scene of every high profile shooting since Kash Patel stopped podcasting and took up running the FBI. An entire untouched clip left behind this time to photograph and put on his twitter page. Probably they are coincidences, and I should be able to trust the FBI as an organisation, but I don’t. Off to take two tylenol…
  24. Lincoln were superb first half and should have been more than one up, shame about a mad couple of mins at the start of the second, the second Chelsea goal in particular was far too easy. Lincoln hit the post and went close on multiple occasions first half, could’ve been three up, they struggled with Lincoln high press, physicality and long throws. Jorgensen in goal for Chelsea looked very ropey. Superb cup tie.
  25. Literally the most useless is probably Begovic, since he won’t play a game for us ever. But aside from him, BDCR (who I suspect may prove me wrong this season, but has been disastrous so far).
