Mav loves to take a touch, always takes too many touches, but put him clean through on goal with time to take a touch and he falls over backwards trying to snatch at it… Frustrating.

Soumare gets so much shit on here, people just love to hate him. He’s been fine, maybe even good. Won 100% of his tackles and aerial duels in that half, has the most passes in the final 3rd for us (11) with 100% accuracy, better statistically than everyone else that half arguably… hardly shite imo

Ayew irritation aside, it’s been a poor quality game, but we actually stood up to the pressure of their very aggressive press pretty well and looked solid defensively.

I’m not one of them, but he is technically good for this level and holds up play well. But we need someone to push them back and threaten in behind here, he can’t do it. Not suited to this game at all.

I go three times a week and do a pull, push and leg day. 3 sets of each exercise, last set to failure on each exercise. One 5-10km run and one game of 6 a side in the gaps for cardio. I’m in mid 30s but have been achieving good progress in terms of gaining muscle mass, happy to share routines for each day if interested. Diet makes a big difference, to me anyway.

Fine, on their side maybe only Gueye has played better so far, but they are losing. Just been tidy and won his tackles/duels. 6.5/10 maybe, when the team is playing pretty poorly.
