Was bound to happen, obvious that the club rate him and wanted him post Rodgers. Fully imagine Potter will be keeping an eye on the England job, so doubt we'd ever appeal to him until late July.

Far better than the Sunak v Starmer debate. Thought the smaller parties came across well, I'm more and more tempted to vote Lib Dem by the day
-
The only thing I can slightly think of is Gordon Brown's "Bigoted woman" episode, and this is far worse, mainly as it cuts to the heart of the voting core of the Conservatives.
-
I do slightly agree to this...however. Is there not an argument that a true democracy represents its constituents, and if a large enough % choose to vote for reform, those views deserve to be reflected in policy. I don't agree with 95% of their proposals, but the rise of populists is only ever the fault of the existing major political parties and not the electorat.
-
Can see Reform hugely leaning into Rishi leaving the D-Day event early. Will play into their hands. Reform could really play a vital role in killing the Conservative party off here.
-
Underwhelming for me, I just also don't see that he suits our current squad of players
-
Igor Tudor leaving Lazio, which is a shock. He'd ruffle feathers but is a decent coach.

We seem to constantly flirt with crap and then come good. The last real flop was probably Sven!
-
I'm even starting to think Mid-Leics could go Labour following the Farage announcement!
-
Im not convinced it is, as much as everyone's fed up of the tories, Sunak isn't the worst they've had recently, and wouldn't utterly bring the country to its knees. Think the Lib dems have gone for "personaltity" as a differential, but unless they couple it with some progressive ideas I don't see it having any cut through.
-
Italiano, Kovac or Corberan for me. Moyes, Benitez etc are the type of manager you bring in at January when you're shitting yourself.
-
Is there not an argument that Ricardo and Justin could successfully share the RB duties? Surely they aren't beyond 20 games a season each? (I admit I don't think we ever see Ricardo getting up and down a flank all game again). A squad member who can fill in at RB would be needed, maybe Hamza can fill that role.
-
I worry with Moyes about his attitude. Was fine at West Ham with a decent squad, but at Sunderland he was abysmal when the chips were down. With us having a points deduction I can't imagine he's up for that fight
-
I just cannot comprehensively believe that is anywhere near accurate. But imagine the impact to UK politics if it was!
-
Shame, I'm a fan of Iain's broadcasting and he's the kind of moderate Conservative that I'd much rather see the party become than the far-right taking over. He should have rode the storm out in my opinion.
-
This is a relatively simplistic view. I agree that Corbyn really stoked up positivity in the younger generation in 2017 with a pretty exciting, progressive manifesto. In 2019 he just went reckless (free WiFi for everyone!), I agree however in that he never even attempted to answer the brexit question which cost him more than any other singular issue. I do wonder if in 2029 we see a party really push for rejoining the EU or customs union (most likely Lib Dems)

"Ed, you need to show some personality, Rishi and Kier are coming across as dull" "Stag do organised by a 10 year old it is!"

Would have to be a loan with option, and under those circumstances he likely receives better options than us.

First 3 words of my LinkedIn profile in all fairness

I'd take Italiano from Fiorentina, certainly gets his side creating chances
-
I fancied Ruud last summer. He did a good job at PSV, plays attacking 4-3-3, could be that nice option that isn't too different to Enzo, but has more defensive tendencies whilst allowing players to take the handbrake off going forward. Far less controlled but still a possession based coach.
-
Stolaryczyk looked good when called upon, but those suggesting he can step up to PL from backup really need to remember how that went with Danny Ward. Don't see Hermansen leaving yet, but similarly, Enzo will want a new keeper at Chelsea.
-
Excellent thread by Tacticar that. Corberan was probably one of my top 3 choices, he's now number 1. I think he has the flexibility to really cope with whatever is thrown at him, and he suits a large amount of the players we already have.
-
Had a dream last night it was Rafa Benitez. It was also announced at the end of a 10 minute presentation on how Top met his wife... not really sure what that means other than I'm psychologically odd.
-
I'm a big Corberan fan, one of the best "out of possession" coaches around and think his style suits our fanbase. However, do struggle to see how we go from asking Enzo to get us playing like Man City to getting in a counter attacking coach. Shows the planning side isn't aligned. I wonder if a Potter/Carrick type of coach would suit better who just let's the handbrake off a little more than Enzo, although defensively that would leave risks.
