Rudders is truly a one off
-
He tried, and in a grubby kind of way contributed more than Top ever did

I don't want their investment, I want them to sell. History tells they will waste every penny they put in

Kudos pal. It is absolutely unfair to suggest all of our older fans are KPFC or happy clappers! It is however impossible not to notice that KPFC and happy clappers tend to be older! There's something generational about deference that plays a role here. I write this as no spring chicken myself, albeit with a shorter memory than you! Would no doubt like to share a pint and discuss the history of our great club.

Why is there not an emoji that is the equivalent of "agree, but with absolute rage"

Oh Stavros, you are a master of understatement. (Not something I ordinarily associate with anyone of Greek heritage haha)

305 pages in and this steaming turd will not flush

Thank you, and good luck. That's enough for me to sign up Recommend a sub team on "getting rid of KP"...
-
Touch wood, there's no egregious drunkenness, fighting or spray painting around here, so I'd say the 'celebrations' are passing off quite well
-
Before signing up, I'd like to read something about the extent to which Bason and his cabal have been purged. Can someone point me in the right direction, because I can't get behind anything they're still involved in
-
Pleased for you having an easy game to get to!

Meanwhile, why has everyone stopped banging on about immigrants crossing the channel?

Poor judgement to appoint Mandelson. Nobody will argue with that (despite widespread praise for the decision at the time.) Lots of frothing anger on this thread about "lying" and suchlike, but I'm seeing the square root of no evidence of that at all. It seems like entrenched anti-Labour and/or anti-Starmer folks getting excited about nothing at all. Confirmation bias. RW (and hard LW!) echo chamber stuff. Starmer won't make it to the next election, but this won't be the reason!
-
Dunno. Wouldn't have changed the outcome. Is it better that we're even more financially f****d, i.e. closer to shaking off KP fleas? Time will tell
-
Spiralling by the time Vichai died. Naive to think otherwise. Truth be told we've had one exceptional manager in living memory (Nige), a lucky general (Claudio) and only one other manager who led us with any integrity or competency (Puel). Everyone else wants nuking

Winks is a dick but a symptom, and not the cause

Reckon relegation will mean more to these c***s than any protest we can muster, but apart from that anything ought to be on the table

OnlyOneCity. Keeps telling everyone what a loyal supporter they are -
And moving on from Leicester, here's another thing to understand. Besides the basket case clubs who may or may not receive fresh investment, we're also competing with *well-run* clubs who have financial headroom to continue to improve. That's Lincoln's story: incremental improvement each season. By comparison... we are not in a great place on every level imaginable
-
Just think we need to understand that our situation is spectacularly, exceptionally, unprecedentedly f*****d. We have the worst financial position in history, and the worst owners in history are expected to deal with it. Our playing squad is contracted to PL terms in *League 1*. We have a training ground that costs more to service than we will ever earn from L1 football (or Championship for that matter). The only future is by getting rid of these assholes by any means possible. If you care you know
-
Definitely possible. I hope we remain attractive enough for another investor to take over before it gets to that
-
Rowett's just the latest of the fall guys. Every manager since Cooper has been set up to fail spectacularly
-
On reflection (and I have reflected *a lot*) bring on League One and the potential for excitement and change it offers. Let's hope we don't need to go lower before changing
