"There is no way this will help the players respond." LOL. You know this isn't directed at the players - and the players know it. Frankly, it is almost impossible for results to get any worse! These arguments do not wash and should be ignored
-
Tete's nowhere near as bad as folks make out. Kristiansen is however worse!
-
Thanks DavieG. (GREAT player btw ;-)) Do you know what, you're convincing me it's worthwhile joining the Trust. It's another shot on goal if nothing else... *But* it's bad publicity in Thailand - coupled with a VERY uncomfortable match day experience - that's going to get to Top. After all, I am certain he feels that we should all be inordinately grateful to him for the good times!
-
I get it... but even with total change at FT, I just don't believe Top's going to listen. It's behind closed doors. As sad as this makes me feel, it's a *public* display that's going to drive the change we need
-
I actually reckon this might tip the balance r.e. Rudkin LOL. See you later Jon, thanks for your ineptitude and role in setting us back for a decade
-
Nice logical sentiment. Probably should get on board, but more from the necessity of purging the KP stooges than in any expectations of change Ultimately this won't work: far too slow and passive. On balance it'll be *shame* that forces the change we need. (I don't fully buy the financial boycott option, that's small fry nowadays)

Weak stuff, "look at me"

Nice choice, enjoy

Mark, I'll bung you some cash if you implement a puke emoji

Looking for a positive, it adds a bit of diversity I guess

Accurate summary

Ooh so he's complicit? Insert your own reactions folks

Great! They don't look that bad either, although maybe the styling marks you out as an eco-warrior! Can't argue with the running costs, and in your situation I would not hesitate to do the same ;-) (Did you get the one with the sub in the boot floor? Wondered what that sounded like LOL!)

I hate to break this to you, but watch this space... But... which set of fans are happier right now? Is PL a panacea, or even important?
-
Of everything I read about, this topic makes me the most angry. Pathetic attempts to control and sanitise the sport we all love. Imagine wanting more happy-clapping, seat blocking Ginetta/FT types, and fewer passionate singing fans creating a slightly 'edgy' atmosphere. WTAF. Purge the lot of them. KP OUT, and take your happy clappers with you. Let them watch Polo
-
Thank you RYM for keeping us abreast of goings on with those FT muppets. It's interesting - if disheartening - to hear about another way in which the interests of the fanbase are misrepresented and ignored
-
Yes please. Wonderful ground, safe standing, great atmosphere, passionate fans. It took them some time to rebound from similar wretched mismanagement (or worse), but they're in better shape than us right now
-
What on earth is that rubbish? Another group of KP sycophants. Purge needed so badly at our club
-
Give the whining a break man!
-
Long way of crying "leave me alone"! KP OUT

How long have we been on a downward trajectory?

While we didn't appreciate it at the time, things started heading South when Claudio/Rudkin started to dismantle Pearson's structures. That's when we started to lose control of recruitment, contracts and player sales. (Puel/Macia's eye for a player bucked the trend for a spell.) -
Demands? Not in all cases. Don't romanticise the idea of hard working constituency MPs. Many are utterly workshy and essentially redundant. Take the Reform mob, Truss or by all local accounts Badenoch as recent examples. (I'm sure not all waste of space MPs are from the right, just more seem to come to straight to mind)

Tight game I reckon. Chiefs' experience is a massive factor. But if pushed, Eagles' running game carries the day by a single score margin
