This shows fundamental lack of understanding of team setup and tactics. It's not just about whether the other team wants to hoof the ball back at you when they get it! Possession isn't a problem in and on itself. It's what you do with it (and how you set up to deal with counters) that counts

Of course it's too early to judge Martin on results He is however NOT some unknown entity. It's OK to look at his character and track record and come to conclusions about the likelihood of him being successful with us My thoughts haven't changed. He's a bell. Of course there's a chance he could be successful, but he would have been nowhere near my personal shortlist for the job

Cullen isn't going to surprise anyone. He's a tidy player, but lightweight and ineffectual. Do not see why you need him in the same team (or squad!) as Bobby Reid. Got to say I'm very, very surprised at the price we paid for him
