You think it’s logical to stick with him the following game? Or is it beyond the realms of possibility for a manager to think “****, that didn’t work…. Maybe considering his previous track record we should give the other guy a try?”
Just because he’s been your number 2, it doesn’t mean he has to always be after such a catastrophic performance.
