If they had appoint Pearson initially I would have said it would have been the best appointment. The only guy who has instant trust of the fans and clearly has the mettle to sort this team out. Doing it now would be for all the wrong reasons - panicked, rushed and chaotic. Worrying times indeed.

what I like about this performance so far is that there have been tactical tweaks (thomas pushing further forward, winks in dropping deep) that has been key to getting a hold of the game

i still can't believe we havent tied this up with big nige already - he is the only guy i have 1000000% confidence will keep us up and bring a bit of feel good to us

Tom Cleverley was quality in league 1 - remember he dribbled past entire teams
