Daka is just completely devoid of confidence. Get Vardy in now. Put him and us out of this misery.

I don’t think we are. Most of the players are trying hard and we have got in some good positions. But daka is totally devoid of confidence and all their fullbacks have got to do is to show our wingers down the line. We were camped outside their box and they broke quickly. Faes didn’t close down the space and they scored a good goal. We have to do much better than this. Enzo needs to make a change and hope he is giving them the truth at half time cos this is not good enough.

We have played well up until the decisive moment. This isn’t the game for Daka if we are camped around their box. Wish he would make the changes quick. Another breakaway and we really are in trouble.

I think it will be the same starters again except for fatawu on for yunus. Wilf didn’t look right against millwall though so let’s see. If it’s not going well we can’t leave it too late for changes. Hopefully though we won’t leave it until the last ten minutes to start playing with more intensity and desire to score. For once let’s try and get a fast start please. We have to win this one.

If we do I will refer to us as the champions of the championship complete with a backing of the queen soundtrack. 😀

Although the way results are going I wouldn’t be surprised if we beat West Brom and Southampton but drop points to Preston and Plymouth. We just have to take each game as it comes and try to win. There are no easy games at this stage.

He’s a good keeper but I wouldn’t blame mads for this. It’s on the team and manager not just him. We should play with more urgency I agree though We are still in pole position and this style got us here we just have to battle through the tiredness and show we want it.

I don’t disagree. It’s not my preferred style but he doesn’t deviate from it. The team do make subtle changes like looking for that long ball and diagonals and swap players when they aren’t performing in the formation. He isn’t going to change from the possession style though as it’s his DNA. Wish he would go more direct from the start though and always have. You could see that coming tonight. Too little too late.

I’m not sure there is a split. I thought the subs cam on and did ok on the whole and fitted in well. I agree we probably should have rested players but they all must be a bit jaded. We could have rested players and then bought the A team if needed. Instead we started strong and then bought on fresh legs. Either way I don’t think we have shown again we sometimes lack a bit of fight in the team for a battle.

Even if we did learn lessons tonight was about mentality and spirit. Millwall had it.

I think he has but he doesn’t always seem to act on them. I have seen him make changes. The players have to shoulder a lot of responsibility for tonight. If you can’t show the fight and desire in the situation we are in at the moment then you never will. Time to roll your sleeves up and show some pride.

And that game in hand. I really didn’t feel good about tonight’s game. We have to learn lessons from that. Well the team and manager do. If we want to go up then we have to show more fight and desire.

I am surprised he hasn’t thrown him in recently. He at least gets the ball across and just his urgent and honesty might inspire others. He is very underated
