Unfortunately you are are spot on. Your eyes and ears do not deceive you and he has already made far too many errors of judgement (I can take the odd one or even a few but it really is multiple and every single single week) to be considered anything other than totally and utterly incompetent. Whatever he did elsewhere is meaningless and you must live in the present and he is making serious gaff after serious gaff and needs to go. Some people are saying give him time but all you're going to get are more and more gaffs and I predict serious player and fan unrest.

Is the charisma of a manager a winning quality ?
CrazyKopCorner replied to Elsie Effcee's topic in Leicester City Forum
Pearson is very charismatic and always struck me as a mans man and a players manager - If you were a big time Charlie, shirker or a serial under achiever generally speaking your feet wouldn't touch the ground with him. My gawd how we could do with a prime Pearson now -

Not always - I think Cooper has a charisma i.e a likability factor but it camouflages his huge incompetence -
I'd give him time if there were a clear plan, a clear method of play, good young hungry signings which may come good, a clearly motivated team, good in game management, a clear understanding that he's correctly reading the game and either forcing the issue giving other managers problems during the game or even reacting to what is clear in front of him and that we are well trained and are clear and committed to a game plan. I see absolutely no sign of progress whatsoever and as a team we are weaker and have gone alarmingly backwards. The warning signs have been there with previous managers and we have reacted way too late - we need to react now if we have any chance of survival that is obvious to anyone who has watched every game over the last 2 months.
-
I totally agree. I find it hard to fathom how he's got to be a premier league manager too - He shows absolutely no sign of any football acumen whatsoever.
-
Absolutely agree - these are the sort of decisions I just find totally baffling. It’s like Cooper is self sabotaging at times
-
He may be one of those unique players who's better in the Prem than the Championship. Another Cooperism is that he didn't even start the season - the man's a prized chump.
-
Interesting that his performances have tailed off for me - Has his head been turned? We are a mess - I wouldn't blame anyone getting out of this madhouse

I don't think it's hatred for Soumare it's just his back catalogue of moping about and some of his errant passing on Tuesday night was abysmal. Annoyingly there does look to be a player in there but his attitude and application are way off In contract Bounanotte was crap as well but you can see the lads really trying and was just having one of those nights where he was well off of it Hamza was Hamza and incredibly limited with the ball -

Yes, all of the European Giants will be all over last nights scintillating performance - won't be long now before he's taken by one of the big boys -
Yes it's really not worked out for him here - I know early days and all that but some times in life it's best to hold your hands up and for both parties to move on with no hard feelings - and that's said with experience
-
It's my birthday game but I haven't got the stomach for it - I think I'm off to France instead Fingers crossed we at least provide some sort of resistance to the brave who travel
-
If he is then surely Cooper's finished here
-
I thought Ricky was pretty good last night as well. He showed the only few real bits of real skill / guile with playing some lovely balls inside in to Midfield (particularly 1st half). 2n half he supported Fatawu well who was our only threat
-
I think it'll be Chelsea and a right drubbing
-
They are relegation fodder signings and will be absolute dogshite in the championship as well. All Cooperisms - the man does not know his arse from his elbow.
-
I can see another Ranieri situation and if Vardy has turned against him he'll be out sooner rather than later.
-
Sack him first

Good point - I berate Ward as much as anyone but we got behind him last night and full credit the lad came up trumps - I suppose you had to be there because after the total dross of the game the penalty shoot out, by comparison, was wildly exciting. -
He's just not up to it full stop. Nice bloke but way out of his depth. It's best for everyone if we get shot of him now and he can go and move on and manage back in the Championship where he belongs.

I thought Ricky was okay and him and Okoli were the only ones who played anything like professional footballers with Fatawu being our only real threat in the last 35 minutes or so. The rest were crap and I'd seriously consider having the following anywhere near the squad - Thomas, Soumare, BCDR. Buonanotte tried but was poor. -
I don't think there is much of a F*rest bias. It's just that people can see with their own eyes many of his decisions are unfathomable and there is no distinct style of play with players looking confused It's got alarm bells ringing of TCR who made similar non sensical decisions but for different reasons to being totally incompetent.

I remember when we were considered the Millwall of the Midlands - Obviously not great in many aspects but the south stand kop at Leicester was considered formidable back in the day
