I hope he finds it very easy to find a new job. We won’t have to pay him off. Yes things are bad now but his first few seasons were a success. Wishing the bloke absolute failure & destitution seems a tad harsh.

I'd say he has been a success. The FA cup is a huge achievement! As is two 5th place finishes. Yes we missed out on 4th but still. I think when the dust has settled he will be remembered as a success. He's complete dog turd at the minute of course.

We should keep him. A new manager is imminent

I do wonder whether Top has the stomach for all this. It was Vichai's club not Top's.

Martin O'neil with Nigel Pearson. Get it done.
-
Announce Dyche and have done with it. Your fancy pants foreign managers wouldnt come near us at the moment.
-
He's got to go.
-
And Benson Edgarrrd the Danish guy

Andres Borgrend would be worth looking at.

Right. I see. I'm living in a fantasy world. OK.

This all stems from Fofana's broken leg. It triggered the panic buying of Vesterguard which meant we couldn't spend on a right winger, which meant we were weakened for another push for Europa. Last season with all its issues has had massive knock on effects. Then the board and owners have decided not to replenish the squad whilst teams all around us have seen record spending and investment. If I was in Rodgers shoes I'd be seriously f***ed off. Maybe he has lost the dressing room. Maybe he does need to go. But he hasn't been set up for success this transfer window. It feels like we are doing the best we can in the circumstances. Would any other manager that would realistically come to us with no transfer budget and our current squad do any better? Is Dyche REALLY the answer? If they have someone else up their sleeves then great. bring it on. Potter wont be coming.. Realistically we are where we are, and it isn't logical or fair to entirely lay the blame with Rodgers. Hopefully now the window has closed and players get their heads back in the game we will come good.

Probably an unpopular opinion on FT but... Yes Rogers makes weird substitutions, Yes the team throws away leads and points, yes its unbelievably frustrating. More often than not watching Leicester is a deeply unpleasant experience akin to watching a horror film or a car crash. However in his defence, last season he had the majority of his first team out with injuries, this season his defence has been obliterated. We've lost Kasper, Fofana, Ricky is out, uncle Vester is useless. Its like blaming a formula one driver for losing a race when his car has got a puncture. Rogers is at fault when the tactics are wrong but Rudkin and Top need to provide the bloke with a half decent back line. If they don't trust him on transfers, fine, dont involve him, but they still need to bring quality players in for him to work with. The failure in my mind has happened at every level. Rogers is an easy target and rightfully so sometimes but he isn't solely to blame. He can only work with what he has.

Wesley Fofana - He is no more - finished - forgotten.

Get shut of him! Mardy little tw@t. £80million will buy 2 decent centre backs and a winger on loan -
I recon he'll be sacked very soon. I think the club have with held transfer money because they've lost faith in Rodgers.
-
Rogers will be sacked before Xmas. I think the club have lost faith in him because of performances like this.
-
He's going to get properly booed. He'll be about as popular as a death at a birthday party.

ERASURE! TERENCE TRENT DERBY! HALL & OATS? why is no one concerned about his musical choices. #BrendanOut

1987. Leicester v Derby. Peter Shilton was playing for Derby. Cant remember the score I was too young.
-
He'll go to Palace or Southampton because we couldn't offload Uncle Festerguard
-
Lingard isnt coming. I don't think we will bring anyone in. There will be a reset in the summer. Dust ourselves off after a season to forget.
-
Are we now going backwards ffs!!!
Mr.Bingles replied to thesilverbluefox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Completely agree. It's been a season to forget. It's not like we have ever had a full strength team to build up momentum. Next Season will hopefully be a different kettle of kippers
