Too harsh. The late goal doesn't change the fact that most criticism from the fans is valid.
-
Despite the win these performances are all down to Enzo. The players probably follow his instructions religiously, I can't believe they're just stopping and passing backwards by their own decision. If the latter is the case then we need another 4-5 first team players in January.
-
I'd take another point here as it is because this has a 1-0 West Brom win all over it. Too lethargic, players don't take any risks, they have acres of space to move the ball forward and they're afraid because it seems there are landmines on the pitch.
-
It's infuriating. They're playing like robots, no creativity at all, they're confined in 2sqm and they limit they're movement inside there.
-
I wouldn't bet even 1p in Championship games. Our result at Sheffield and Leeds' result at Rotherham tell the story.
-
Yes, I don't think their team is so bad. If I remember well in pre-season bookies projected a playoff place for them.
-
As expected. Birmingham in real trouble if QPR takes 3pts tonight. An appointment of Axl Rose as manager might save them though.
-
Notts County and Wrexham games should be live on TV every week. Guaranteed drama and goals.

Fog isn't that dense. TV and stadium lights make it seem worse than it is.

Is your audio 7 minutes behind? 😜

I would really like some journos to ask all these goalkeepers if they really enjoy this tactical approach and being involved so much in the build up. I bet if they answer honestly a lot of them would say it's stressful at least. I can understand the tactical reasons behind this but imo there are a lot of risks. Every week now there are a lot of goals scored because of some bad passing/distribution by the goalkeepers. This modern tactical approach puts not only physical but also mental pressure on the keepers. -

This is how you play from the back: -
Enzo is playing it safe. He knows other teams will drop points here and there. He won't go gung-ho. Keeping it tight, he's probably accepted there will be results like yesterday's. I'm not saying I agree with this approach but it is what it is. We need a prolific finisher and a proper 10. Good luck with this, nothing in the market.

How did Onana convince these people at Man Utd he's a goalkeeper? Do you think a trip to Manchester is worth it so I can convince them I am a top manager? -

Huh, what own feeling? He's not playing with his kids at home to change the rules on the fly. What's next, a ref will score a header from a corner because he feels like doing so? This was a blatant foul and this ref should not officiate a football game again. -
Why do they need to be trained? They just need to have an average IQ. Oh wait.

It's not a penalty mate. They're just entertained because it happened to Newcastle. They're right though telling about the hypocrisy, if it was the other way around Newcastle would be still shouting today. Wait until the same happens to us next season for about 4-5 times in the Premier League. The fans of all teams must unite against this corruption. Don't expect these companies which happens to be Football Clubs to do anything about the matter. -

Don't forget this is the ref who was under disciplinary action by UEFA last year because he gave a speech at a far-right demo in Poland. He's also considered one of the best refs in the world (CL final and World Cup final in 2022). I have a bad feeling he was "bullied" by UEFA officials for the penalty decision. -

He is protected (the gk) by 12.3 rule: "Goalkeeper cannot be challenged by an opponent when in control of the ball with his hand or hands". In addition there's the rule about failing to respect the distance from the gk. In the video you can see the scorer pushing him (slightly or heavily it doesn't matter). That said, we either go by the rules or accepting not to follow them because the gk was obviously taking the piss with time wasting so he deserved this punishment. -

If they don't fix the offside and handball rules and make them like they were in the 90s football is done. A lot of fans are fed up, they'll just stop following the sport. As fans we don't mind mistakes but this whole thing now is fully corrupted and we know it. Do they think we'll continue supporting this farce with our money? Let them play in front of celebrities, TikTokers and YouTubers. -
Probably wishful thinking here, a quick 2-0 up in HT and maybe try some different tactics like Kasey or Yunus as a 10? Or Kasey as a striker and Yunus as a 10?

Did Son take a linesman flag back home after his hat trick today? They might drop 8th by Christmas. Nice, very nice. -
I reckon Everton fans call PL, FA etc corrupted because Man City and Chelsea aren't punished yet? If the latter ones get a -22 to - 32pts deduction or get a relegation punishment in the next few months (which I believe will happen) will Everton fans still moan about corruption? Eventually they'll be happy to play again in this corrupted league next season? Do they think we're all stupid?

If they manage to be outside the zone by boxing day they'll probably survive. Judging by their upcoming fixtures I very much doubt it.
