It's not like all players of the team are resting or they're having extra time to do some tactical training with the manager. International break means more travels for some players back and forth and extra games, even useless friendly ones.

Enzo at least has these players fighting and they're also stopping play by fouling the opposition before things get dangerous, the amount of yellow cards speaks the truth about tactics. They'll park the bus and try to hit us on the counter. This will be the first time they'll park the bus this season and I'm not sure they can defend.
