  1. Foxes Talk’s version of “he’s 28 until he becomes 29. That’s how it works”
  2. Don’t worry, the club are going to show us how important the local, core support is to them this week. At a time when us mere divs are asking to simply be spoken to, they’re flying in the “Dallas Foxes” to parade them around the ground on Friday 🤪
  3. Just reading the minutes from the November meeting - seems like two hours of discussion on LCFC culture was centred around grassing on fellow fans
  4. Ain’t no stopping us (NO STOPPING) Cause Bilal plays for Leicester
  5. I can see my whole world changing He scores us the goals, when he plays in the blue It’s always been Jamie Vardy Now we’ve got a player called El Khannouss
  6. Just on the searches point: simply say no to them. I had a two minute stand-off with a yellow jacket before the Manchester City game. Told him I don’t want to be searched, his supervisor came and said “me speaking to you is stopping me from searching all of these people”. At that point I knew it was just a load of rubbish. If they were *that* bothered about searches, they’d search everyone. just to add, I know it’s not the yellow jackets fault and told them it wasn’t personal but if you don’t hit back a bit then we’ll continually be taken for granted. Needless to say I saw the game without being searched.
  7. Whilst it’s not the biggest issue at the moment, I think Seagrave is indicative of the culture at the club. A luxury facility out in the sticks where they want for absolutely nothing. They never come into the City unless matchday and they all have NG postcodes (most likely at the request of the club). Whilst that stuff probably doesn’t have a direct impact to what happens on the pitch, it’s not difficult to see why there’s a lack of players who’ll run through brick walls - they don’t know what or who they’re representing.
  8. Whilst this is good news for the Reform group, is it a sign of just how insignificant the Trust will be viewed by the club moving forward? The club’s fan engagement strategy will now focus fully around the FAB, and really, the club no longer has to speak with supporter groups. You would assume that the previous Chair knew this, so now he’s got his comfy seat on the FAB, knows thats the only opportunity to speak to the relevant people at LCFC? Will the Trust be relevant with the FAB around? (Insert your own jokes about it not being relevant for 20 years etc etc)
  9. You can’t start a fire you can’t start a fire without a spark Aiyawatt is a liar and we’re thinking of watching Aylestone Park
  10. Bleddy hell I’m getting bored of saying it, but football clubs are not like ‘any other business’. Football clubs have been passed through generations and have been rooted in their communities for over 100 years. If my local chippy starts charging £30 for fish and chips then I’ll travel down the road and get it cheaper. You can’t do that with football clubs. Some of the best times of my life have been following this club with my old man, and now I’m going to be priced out of doing the same with my kids. I don’t care if every other club is doing it. **** them.
  11. Brillyunt bitta kit 💪🏼
  12. Good stuff. Good luck with it 👍🏻
  13. Yeah the Foxes Trust are affiliated to the FSA - which is why there’s been such an increase of new members recently as it’s the best opportunity to get thoughts in front of those that matter, by legitimate means. The Foxes Trust are there to represent the views of its members. Union FS are advocates for supporters’ rights across the board. This whole thing absolutely stinks. Every single argument the club have put forward for this stupid charge and move to digital tickets is flawed. Yet they’re burying their heads in the sand and hoping it’s all going to blow over because of a 5-0 win. We really can’t let it happen. I’m sick of being treated like an inconvenience and a potential problem rather than what I actually am, passionate about the team and eager for fans to be respected. I’d urge everybody to send an email voicing your concerns.
  14. I’m sure the Foxes Trust will come out imminently and give their view of events? I’m sure I’m right in saying they get to see the annual financial accounts before they’re published? And whilst they wouldn’t be allowed, and I wouldn’t expect them, to give detail - it’ll be interesting to know if they still have faith in the hierarchy?
  15. The Bridge do so much work with rough sleepers, those in vulnerable housing, those in difficult circumstances. They meet with them, provide mentors, support in accessing housing, how to improve finances, improve employment opportunities - it’s not simply a foodbank. The food donations are the easiest way for us, Joe Public, to help keep this unique charity going. Providing vulnerable people a place to eat and feel safe gives The Bridge an opportunity to help these people in other ways. If you want to do a great thing and help vulnerable people with their long term future, I’m sure The Bridge would appreciate an extra volunteer: https://www.bridgeleicester.org/volunteer
  16. We are the famous Leicester City Playing our football on The Soar We’ve won all there is to win in England Now we’re on our way back up for more

  18. Abdul Abdul, He’ll fight and he’ll press Abdul Abdul With blue on his chest Abdul Abdul How could they know? He’ll play right wing for Enzo Der der de der der de der der
  19. To be fair, standing areas would mean you’re far less likely to be ‘battered’ when celebrating a goal. Being pushed from being against a shin-high plastic seat, you’re going to go over. Being pushed from behind against a torso-high rail, you’re much less likely to go over.
  20. Also, first time reading this thread properly so thought I’d have a look at membership numbers as that was an FAQ. According to AR30 documents submitted by the Foxes Trust (or “The Leicester City Supporters Society LTD”)… As of August 2010, the Foxes Trust had 437 members As of August 2022, the Foxes Trust had 338 members. A lot more than I thought to be fair.
  21. Thought I’d just check if the article was still on their website where they refer to fellow Leicester fans as “idiots” - it is: https://foxestrust.co.uk/9829/well-take-the-point - written by a Foxes Trust board member, no less!
  22. "We are Leicester City footballers in Thailand and we’ve been asked to deliver a message - we are in captivity and being treated well."
  23. What a life it would be To be the best full back in the league We’ll sing his name at half past three Timmy Castaaaaaagne
  24. Dean Smith, Shakey and John Terry Dean Smith, Shakey and John Terry… https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=jsFi_7yd1vs
