That's why I made the point that if recruitment was done properly and if people were judged by their achievements, then then there would be no need for the necessary levelling of the playing field that MC Prussian seems to get so upset about. My objection was to characterising the celebration of his appointment as a Premier League coach as virtue signalling. If people were genuinely assessed and promoted on their abilities and character and not on the colour of their skin, there wouldn't be any need for any programmes to address ill-informed/racist bias in selection. So when that crap stops, you'll get your wish.
