You're working on an assumption her that Premier League experience was really needed for us (which i don't think it was when we had Winks, Coady, Vestergaard, Faes, Vardy, Ndidi, Justin and Ricardo all with plenty of PL appearances). All the clubs I've mentioned have proved it's not needed and smart scouting is needed. Forest less so, but Brentford and Brighton are shining examples. And yes i agree we need a total think as we don't have a football strategy hence how we went from Enzo to Cooper which many people on here have argued for ages - the bloke in charge of that, Rudkin being a much debated topic on this forum by some. So yes it's the bigger stuff but lots of silly daft decisions over time add up, and I'm not ignoring the small stuff which demonstrate the incompetence at all levels as it matters and it means something when looking at the bigger stuff. So whether it's signing players on time or getting good value for money, it all needs scrutinizing. Simply ignoring it doesn't acknowledge the massive hole we've got ourselves in. To put into perspective how bad our transfer business was this summer, here's who went for similar or less money in midfield: Fabio Carvalho £22m Matt O Reilly £26m Sander Berge £20m Tommy Doyle £5m Elliott Anderson £15m (although depends who you believe) Small stuff adds up over time for sure, and that's what we're all feeling.

Even forest have proved there's value out there if you do the right scouting. Brentford and Brighton two shining examples as well. It's mistakes after mistakes with the same people in charge. You can't excuse it or blame the system when other clubs are thriving in the same conditions on smaller budgets. We're just badly run and a change is needed.

Fans have seen the issues are higher up than any manager or player.

Not saying he's not blameless. We've had decent managers and the clubs managed to suck the soul out of them so they've either gone bad, and got sacked or left. It's terminal. Changing the manager does **** all with the clowns in charge.
