Thanks, I forgot to add Kristiansen to the list. Unfortunately I just don't see Top or Rudkin leaving yet. Top won't sell the club in league 1, unless he's forced to in administration, he'll want to get back to the PL to maximise his return. We're at a stand off, we support the team in the stadium and continue to protest against Top and demand Rudkin is sacked outside the stadium, but if we want promotion then fans have to get behind the team during games. If we have the same disconnect between fans and players as this season then we'll drop to league 2 IMO. League 1 is different to the championship, alot of players are signed on short-term contracts 1 or 2 years, there is a huge turnover of players in league 1 and 2. I think it will be possible to pick up the right characters on a free to play for Leicester in this league, provided we appoint a manager quickly and start planning in May instead of wasting months as usual.

IMO we only have a chance of winning the league if the disconnect between fans and club is solved. I don't see Top or Rudkin leaving, so to have any chance of promotion all the current senior players need to leave. We can't go into the season with Winks, Vesty, Faes, Mavididi, Skipp, BDR, Hamza, Okoli, Thomas, Fatawu or nothing changes. We need to promote some of the youth and sign new players who are leaders and proud to play for Leicester and prepared to run thru a wall for the shirt to have any chance.

I'm not comparing Fatawu to JJ, all I'm saying is we've had 2 attacking threats all season, without any support from the strikers or other forwards, so it's little wonder they loose form. Yes his form dropped off a cliff, but I don't understand why he's getting so much stick on here when we have a squad full of bigger cvnts. He'll be one of the few assets worth any value, according to transfermarket.co.uk he's valued at 24mil euro, but I bet we'll be lucky to get £10 million for him.

Which could also explain the dip in form from Fatawu this year. We've had 2 attacking threats and as you've said ones played with an injury since Feb. Fats usually has 2 or 3 players to beat, with very little help from Ricky P, so it's not hard to see why he's lost form.

He's low on confidence and tries to do too much sometimes, but I'm not sure why he's being slated, had 16 goal involvements this season 1 more than JJ.

You've already put more thought into this than Top and Rudkin, unfortunately it's not a possibility and they won't look beyond Brussel or Rowett.

It will be a new club, will not include any of the history of Leicester City, start from the bottom of the football pyramid. Have no affiliation with Vardy, Lineker, Weller, Shilton, Kante, Wes Morgan, Izzet etc.... FC United have stalled after early progress, and it would be similar with any Phoenix LCFC. It's taken FC United 20 years to reach the Northern Premier League. I would never support this club, and would most likely be dead before they get to league 1.

Yes your correct, I was just researching our case. Now we're in league 1 PSR doesn't apply anymore. Its the salary cost management protocol, so relegated clubs are allowed a wage cap of 75% of the turnover.

Normally it's a 3 year rolling period, so the accounts submitted by end of December 2025, would include seasons 22/23, 23/24 and 24/25. So unless our court cases have affected these dates then my understanding is it would have included that season.

Yes I know, but we failed PSR anyway. We delayed sacking him to comply, but failed. This delay is probably the biggest factor in us getting relegated IMO. Lack of fitness can be attributed to this, no communication and uncertainty with players caused problems with squad. There was a complete lack of leadership in the summer which results in relegation.

Last season we knew our fate early, and did nothing for months.

We've been crippled by poor financial mismanagement during the end of the Rodgers era, and made the same mistake again in 24/25. Having missed out on 4th position again in 20/21 that was the beginning of the end. The board should have recognized they were at a crossroads in the summer of 2021 and couldn't afford to compete financially at this level and sold some of our high earning players as was our model at the time. Instead we spent £55 million, on the demand of Rodgers, which is alot for Leicester but is a very small transfer budget for the top 4. All we could afford was some un-proven players in Daka, Soumare and Vesty which haven't even been good enough for the championship never mind to get us into the top 4 of the PL😂 . The summer of 24/25 was another disaster, I just don't understand why you would spend money you don't have on the likes of Ayew, Skipp, Okoli and BEK in a failed attempt to stay in the PL. Top has made some horrendous financial decisions recently, he must be an embarrassment to the family.

They're no excuses for Rowett or Cifuentes with this squad, every pundit still thinks we should have been promoted. Look at the impact of Morrison at WBA and Eckert at Southampton Our manegerial appointments have been shit, especially Cifuentes.

Nepo is happy to leave Rudkin in place because he's taking alot of heat of himself, he's more culpable than most for the demise.

'Be careful what you wish for'🤔 Under the current owners, the club has lost £375 million since 2019, you need to wake up we're already at that point and could easily go bust and it's nothing to do with the fans protests in the last year or so. Top, Rudkin and the board have got to this point all on their own, it's nobody else's fault. A question to you, how can you have any confidence in Top and Rudkin that they can put this right?

I personally think the senior players should face the shame of playing for us in both the remaining games, they shouldn't be let off so lightly. I don't see it as any great honor for a youth team player making his debut in a dead rubber, it's not sending them the right message IMO.

I don't see anything to gain by playing the kids this late in the season, the fans need to be able to vent their anger and hatred at the first team, the board and Rowett in the last 2 games. We can start a fresh with a clean slate and the kids in league 1 when most of these players have gone.

Depends if the fans will support them or not, if we play any youth we can't have the fans hatred of the owners transferring to the pitch. It's not fair on the kids.

Top should sack Rudkin, search for a new chairman who's not connected with King Power and then resign. His role should be restricted to just providing the funds.

Well it can't be Top because he barely speaks English.

This club won't move forward until he sells, to get promotion we need the fans on side and I can't see how that happens whilst he's still chairman. If he won't sell then he needs to replace himself with someone not currently connected to King Power and sack Rudkin but I can't see that happening.

I don't know about Thomas, but Hamza features in several online articles about the 10 highest paid players in the championship.
