Still can't believe we heard nothing from the club, the whole situation is bizarre and no way to run a football club.
-
Last thing we need is an ally for Rudkin, he'll be here for ever then.
-
Do we think we'll miraculously get and an announcement from the club in July 1st, or we'll still be in the dark?

Premier League has charged LCFC with an alleged breach of PSR

Yes its an even more hollow fictory when you consider they placed their trust in Cooper and then RVN to keep us in the PL and wasted so much money on Skipp. In hindsight they should have taken the deductions so we could start next season in the EFL without a potential penalty. -

We had the 7th highest PL wage bill the season we were relegated under Rodgers, but I'm certain we didn't have the 7th highest football generated revenue. -
If they're happy with him, they would have spoken to him. I genuinely believe the reports in the press are correct and Ruud has been left hanging in the hope he walks. Except the strategy hasn't worked and the club's going to have about 30 days in July to recruit a manager and players before the season Starts 8th August. The whole situation is an embarrassing farce, our incompetent board have really excelled this time. All they need now to reach a new low is an EFL transfer embargo, and having to keep and unmotivated Ruud because they can't afford to replace him. 😞
-
Maresca was in place 16th June, that isn't going to happen this time. The season starts on 8th August, assuming we get the new man 1st July, he'll have 38 days as a pre-season. The boards has played a blinder this time.
-
We need to sack our manager before we appoint a new one and that isn't going to happen unless the board start talking to RVN. What a ****ing farce.
-
The season will have started before we hear anything from the board
-
It's an absolute disgrace we've had no communication from the club to the fans or manager since relegation. It appears they're hoping Ruud will walk without compensation if they don't talk to him. The whole thing is very unprofessional and extremely childish. They have to sell-up and go, so we can replace the incompetent leadership they've put in place.

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official

He's not going to quit, if he even had an incline of quitting that's now gone with the club ignoring him this way. If I was him I would hold out for every penny he can screw the club for because Rudkin and Top are a disgrace. -
His contract expiring and leaving the club
-
Monga and Evans are being the chance to be integrated. If the others are there because of injuries, in recent history Leicester has demonstrated a path from the youth team to the first team if your good enough
-
Because they're getting more first team game time in the PL than most 15 or 16 year olds
-
No it wouldn't

Dreadful, it took the first 50 to get the ball under control. 😂

Premier League has charged LCFC with an alleged breach of PSR

The board have gone to such lengths to avoid a points deduction this season and stay in the Premier league. Its a shame someone didnt send the memo to the first team because they've failed miserably and let the side down.... This whole episode has just been a total waste of time, effort and no doubt money that we don't have. 🤔 -
Our long term aim is stability in the Premier league, this guy has already proved he can't manage in the PL so what the **** is the point of his appointment.... More wasted money when we sack him after 12 games back in the PL. Top and Rudkin must really like groundhog day
-
And he dropped down to Spurs😂
-
Not you being dense, that's exactly how it works. The PL are not fit to govern, they abuse their power to suit their own agenda. Its incredulous you can change the rules a month ago to close a loophole and then apply it too accounts submitted 31/12 /24. I guess we ****ed up massively by submitting the accounts past the deadline, which is why the tribunal found in their favour over the jurisdiction for our particular case. At the end of the day we've overspent and tried every trick going to avoid punishment. The first team never read the memo though and failed miserably, so it's all been a total waste of time and effort.
-
I believe they were banking on still being in the premier league and the PL not having jurisdiction again for our Y24 accounts because were in the championship. But the premier league changed their rules last month and the recent tribunal upheld the rule change giving them jurisdiction on the Y24 accounts from the championship.
-
The most staggering aspect of all this is the belief the board had in Cooper and the squad to avoid relegation. They've deliberately submitted Y24 accounts late to avoid a points deduction this season and postpone the punishment until next season.

Premier League has charged LCFC with an alleged breach of PSR

Not my original post, but the club's 100% at fault and heads should roll internally. Despite that I don't want us to be punished. I would defend us to the hilt because the PL is equally incompetent makes the rules up to suit it's own agenda and allows clubs like Chelsea to sell their Hotel, women's football team to their own holding company to comply with PSR. We made the PL look foolish and they're trying to destroy us. -

Chelsea's women's team was effectively sold to the club's parent company, BlueCo, for a reported £198.7 million to help the men's team comply with the Premier League's Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR). The £198.7 million profit from the sale helped Chelsea report a pre-tax profit of £128.4 million for the year ending June 30, 2024. This, in turn, allowed them to comply with the Premier League's PSR, which limits losses over a three-year period. -

And makes it even more incompetent to waste £20 million on Skipp
