I don't see that as a positive to being relegated to league 1, those players would have been leaving anyway because their contracts have expired and Winks and Faes don't want to be here either. Bournemouth, a well run club replaces their manager with someone with a similar philosophy that suits their squad. A badly run club replaces their managers with random choices without any continuity of philosophy that doesn't suit the squad.
