I do feel it’s time to include them, give them a taste of PL Football, and then come next season they’ll have that desire and hunger to play at the top level again and turn in a good season in the championship. It also sends a message to those dropped in favour of the young lads.

I think they always declare the season ticket holder figures regardless of whether they show up or not, but it sounds to me like they will struggle to get 25k in tonight including what I assume is a sold out away end.

Loads left in most blocks, £51 to sit in the Kop is a disgrace. Could be half full in the home stands tomorrow if season ticket holders don’t bother.

Me neither, but there’s an element of support that can’t see beyond the end of their noses, and that’s who the club will target. Would not be surprised if we get an announcement before the deadline for renewal! Likewise I’d rather buy 4 or 5 players to rebuild with.

I think those at the club in senior positions believe the club are bigger outside of Leicestershire for starters. The million Zambians who post about Daka on Facebook will never spend a penny on the club. KPFC are playing a very dangerous game with this belief they are massive outside of Leicestershire, they won’t dine out on the PL win forever and free beer and donuts will not drag people in. There’s a lot of long term season ticket holders i know who aren’t bothering next season, they feel their efforts in getting to games home and away are not matched by the players, they no longer want the ‘matchday experience’ or to be fed bullsh1t by the club. They need to reduce matchday ticket prices, make away games general sale if there’s tickets left after priority, we’ve already seen numerous away allocations reduced as the club continues to alienate fans who can’t or won’t commit to a season ticket or membership.

Excellent post, I’ve done 44 years, as you say even the likes of those players that went down to league 1 tried. This current lot are by far the worst I’ve seen in my time as a fan, the other night it was only Luke Thomas giving 100%. 80% are strolling around like they are in their notice period, and to be frank, I can’t wait for them all to get gone, some of them need shoving out of the exits. I have absolutely no intention of going to games or buying memberships while the current ownership continues to employ Rudkin and allows deals to be extended to the frauds.
