What’s our away end like at the KP?

Went Bristol last night first time nice ground, home end looked like a state of art airport massive glass entrance bright and modern. walked around to away end and it wasn’t as good! Is this normal for grounds to treat away fans worse, not very hospitable is it to ‘guests’ obviously only see home end at KP still one of better away concourses though.’
