He's getting sacked right after the match if we don't win today.

Realistic Managerial Replacements

Im fully Cifuentes out, but I also don't trust the fools upstairs to bring in a proper manager. Corberan was their chance at Prem survival and they went for Cooper and then the new shiny toy in Ruud. -
Leicester v Middlesboro - Tuesday 4th November

Thats exactly what Ruud did. That is also exactly what Marti will do. This team has been playing safe and slow build-up posession ball for around 6 years now. We just don't have the players to play any other way. -
Feel for him? For being a yes man? For not sticking to his principles? He will get sacked either way, so either he goes out with a shred of dignity or he carries on favouring the high wage players to his own detriment.

We tried 3 at the back under Ruud, it didn't work. You need specialist wingbacks, Luke Thomas and VK aren't even fullbacks forget about wingbacks. -

Both of them are shite. Don't get me started on Viera, as for Lage, ask any Benfica fan what they think of Bruno Lage. -
For Fox Sake - CRISIS at Leicester City
BrilliantFox replied to For Fox Sake Podcast's topic in Leicester City Forum
We've been in crisis since August 2022. Some said it will all fix itself after the Qatar World Cup, look where we are now. -
-
To achieve that 5k in synchrony, it would need to be organised properly. So far, there hasn't been a group to get it going.
-
I agree with this, but it needs to be proper organised protests. The chants, boos, etc. have been going on since 2022 yet the club carry on ignoring the fans.
-
The key problem here is thats not a boycott, that is merely being a disgruntled fan, no different than the average Everton fan. A boycott is the complete stopping of funding and support towards the entity that is King Power. Once you turn up to the match, you have already cemented yourself as a customer.
-
@Sol thewall Bamba Shouldn't it be commendable that @Spanner73 is not lining the club's pockets? That is the very essence of a boycott. Fans shouldn't be turning against one another.
-
That West Ham bounce gave me hope, got me thinking RVN has taught Daka how to finish!
-
Valencia haven't really backed him financially (sounds familiar ) and they have ownership problems too. Nevertheless, at minimum he would have been better than RVN.
-
He clearly doesn't have the ruthlessness it takes to freeze players out of the squad. Just another yes man.
-
I completely agree, the RVN choice was so short-sighted. They didn't want to pay Corberan's release clause. Corberan then went onto save Valencia from relegation.
-
Bournemouth were interested in the summer of 2023, would have allowed Maresca to buy a Striker he wanted.

Aluko is a must. Left Back is our weakest position. When are we going to see a Ricardo Nelson Okoli Aluko backline? None of those 4 above have been responsible for our 2 relegations. Yet Vestergaard, Faes, Thomas, VK the ones who have caused our 2 relegations keep playing? -
People like this should go for brunch instead because why is a professional sport that is about winning "a day out" for you?
-
Nelson and Okoli high line, ultra attacking football, good motivator, at this point I'd genuinely take Ange

No chance they bring Martin here, there would be riots. -
Would the ownership be nefarious enough to make a player sign an NDA? Its usually only corporate staff that have to do so.
-
Emery didn't suit Arsenal for tactical reasons. His playstyle is looked down upon by clubs like Arsenal as he applies the mid-block and doesn't "play the Arsenal way".
-
Ok, frame it differently then. Is Emery objectively a better manager than Rodgers? Yes. 3x Europa league trophies with Sevilla 1x Europa league trophy with Villareal Ligue 1 trophy with PSG This was all before hindsight.
-
Emery was available, but we clung onto Rodgers and they sacked Gerrard. Thats the difference, our hierarchy are passive.
