  1. Not fear no, never said that, they're a good side though, very good side who should have 3 wins out of 3 if it wasn't for a 96th min harsh pen v ipswich. Gray is good in this league and they have players you may never have heard of but they will be near the top this season and it will be a tough game for us. They're better than anyone we have faced so far and certainly better than Charlton.
  2. Demarai Gray and Kyogo are not the same standard as Charltons at all I reckon you must be trolling at this point.
  3. Does anyone know for sure if Mavididi wasnt involved v Charlton because of injury or pending transfer?
  4. How when his release clause was 25m and now they've agreed 32m.
  5. Can't stand fvcking players saying my intention is clear I want to leave, he's been here 5 fvcking minutes rolled the ball under his feet a few times and scored one decent goal, fvcking makes me sick, play the academy lads at least they don't want to piss off at the drop of a hat.
  6. You really are determined to create a narrative aren't you. How exactly are Charlton the same as Birmingham in terms of squad, ambition, aspirations, current team etc etc can you please explain how they are the same.
  7. Yeah I've watched plenty of football thanks. They murdered Ipswich and were robbed, they dominated Blackburn and won at the death and had about 30 attempts on goal v Oxford. They're a good side playing much better than us currently so therefore it will be a hard game. I'm not sure how you could come to any other conclusion, or you think we will win easily? I'd love nothing more than for us to hit form and beat them but the way the two teams are playing I can't see it.
  8. Its not big as in a fierce rivalry it's just big in the realms of the championship, 2 big clubs, it's a Midlands derby, both expected from the outside to be challenging at the top. In that sense it's a big game.
  9. Brum and Charlton are not similar at all. Do you even watch football? We got 3 points today but incredibly luckily, because of a wonder goal and a wonder save against a side who scraped up via the play offs from league one. Brum won that league with 100 plus points and have spent shit loads on players who have a lot of quality. Brum will be play offs at least this season mark my words, and it's a big step up in quality to anything we have faced so far.
  10. Its a local derby live on TV against one of the best sides in the league, so it's pretty big yeah.
  11. Vestergaard Skipp Soumare Hamza at RB Ayew at striker absolute horror show of a team glad I'm going out and won't be watching.
  12. Charlton have not conceded a goal yet and have 4 points and a very impressive draw at Bristol City who had just beat Sheff Utd 4-1. If we play like we have done in the 3 games so far we will lose.
  13. Sell him and mcateer for a combined approx 20m will the best business the club's ever done. Besiktas obviously have the Turkish equivalent of Rudkin in charge of transfers. Ndidi and now this, perfect day so far. Now all we need is Kirby Muxloe to come in with a double swoop for Soumare and Skipp.
  14. Yeah I agree, it's all relative. The Filbert street days, my first few seasons were magical, Matt Elliott, Tony Cottee, Muzzy Izzet, Gerry Taggart, Arnar Gunnlaugsson, Wembley finals, winning at Anfield, Old Trafford, such brilliant times. An actual team you lived and could support because they always gave 100%. There was no sulking or half arsed jogging around like now. The Pearson era was every similar. We aced league one and he brought the club and fans together again. Then the second season as underdogs we stylishly made the play offs and were almost at Wembley. Then his second spell was genius, and paved the way for the title and what came after. Always made brilliant signings, just like O neill. Lloyd Dyer, Jack Hobbs, Richie Wellens, Nolberto Solano, Wes Morgan, Vardy, Mahrez, Knockaert, Drinkwater, Albrighton, the list is endless. Amazing eras and I'm just glad I saw it all.
  15. Don't forget Martin O Neill though. He took us to the prem and kept us there in the top half for 4 years on a shoestring and won 2 Cup finals. But I totally agree, an absolute living God of a man, I sang one nigel Pearson louder than anything else in the Ipswich game and all our modern success is down to him and his signings. We could have rotted in league one for years if it wasn't for him.
  16. Him and Martin O Neill should have statues, freedom of the city and they have a place in my heart forever, as the two most memorable eras of Lcfc history. Nigel saved us from the abyss in style, created a team everyone loved who worked hard and had quality. Then after Sven had fvcked up the team and spent a fortune he came back sorted us out again and signed the majority of the title winning team for peanuts. A living God.
  17. Richarlison is a pure CF and has started the season on fire, why give him away to get Eze? When Madders is fit they will have two number 10s. I get maybe Frank wants his boy Wissa, but just seems odd to me.
  18. If and it's a big if we signed the likes of Rego and Brownhill then fair play but if we don't buy, or we just sign some waste of time (coulibaly) and of Fatawu gets sold late in the day, the atmosphere at the club will turn from toxic to dangerous.
  19. Exactly the point, yes. Some people can't get their head around people being different from them. Not everyone wants to shout and call every player who misplaces a pass a cvnt. I go swimming at the gym and there's people who are just walking up and down the pool or sitting in the pool having a chat and they're fully entitled and allowed to do so, bit like people can buy a ticket and go to the football and sit down and be fairly quiet and innocent if that's what they like doing.
  20. What? Everyone's different, we don't all shout vitriol and angrily. I mean I do, but I accept people especially older people don't necessarily react the same way. If they didn't care they wouldnt go.
  21. 10 years??? Most of the supporters club coach have been going for 40 or 50 years. I'm not on anyone's side here, but just because they aren't jumping up and down shouting swear words doesn't mean they aren't fans, I mean they spend their money and travel everywhere following the club and care just as much if not more than anyone else. Are people saying there's an age limit now on away games? I'd rather sit near them then the plums who spend the whole game looking and gesturing at the opposing fans acting hard.
  22. We are already shit
