  1. Nothing beat the Vardy equaliser on the first game against Spurs. Genuinely came out of the ground thinking if we fought like that every week we could stay up. The second half was brilliant. It was all downhill from then on. The win at Southampton was decent, but even then it was a bit flukey and we wrre 2 down and should have had a pen against us. Obviously Vardy goal v Ipswich is probably best moment. Worst moment among many was the wolves home game. Ward and the whole team was shocking and it was obvious then we were in big trouble. Worst performance as a whole was probably that Wolves one or Brentford at home.
  2. I know him fairly well and he's certainly not on 15k its more than double that.
  3. He's played literally every game, helped them make the final then he plays Caicedo and that cvnt Enzo. If I was him I'd be leaving in the summer and playing regular football, he's wasting his time there.
  4. What????? I seriously despair of some people. Do you even watch football? Fernandes is literally their only top class player and had been for a few years.
  5. Depends what you mean by achieve. No he's not won the champions league but keeping Sheff weds up when they were adrift at the bottom then guiding them to mid table this season despite not spending any money and having to deal with cvntish owners not paying players is pretty decent. Russell Martin got Southampton promoted at the first attempt playing pretty good football against heavy favourites Leeds but apparently that's not an achievement either.
  6. All the 3 teams up from league one will be strong and not near the bottom. Ipswich and saints will be fairly strong, Cov, Boro, Sheff Utd will be strong, I think it will be really competitive next year.
  7. Because we will have no choice because of the utter mess we are in. We've got numerous cvnts on over 70k a week like Soumare, Faes, Vestergaard, Daka, Choudury, Winks, Coady that we will struggle to sell for any sort of fee, so the only 3 who we can sell for any cash will be Bilal, Mads and Fatawu. We will get nowhere near what they are worth.
  8. Or passing to a team mate or running or dribbling or controlling a ball or heading or tackling or pressing or.................
  9. Yes so you do agree, you say he isn't there and you'd be buying potential. I acknowledge it's quite hard to look too good in a team as bad as ours but still don't think he did that much. Lots of shots miles over the bar, lots of passes went astray, as I say all effort with not much end product. In a better team and with time, he may reach a higher level, but for me a number 10 in the prem needs more output in goals and assists. There's no way on earth we get £35m for him, if anything we get around what we paid from someone lower mid table like Wolves.
  10. Honestly the Wolves goal where it trickled in was the first time I've been so angry at a match I felt like belting the person next to me. If it wasn't match fixing then it was the worst piece of goalkeeping since Kevin Pressmsn against Preston where their keeper scored. He was a different level of shit
  11. Honestly, this might be controversial but he really isn't that good. He's a 20m player, so very decent but he's not too class he's not good enough to start regularly for most of the Premier teams I'd say. He's a poor man's Maddison, all fart and no shit.
  12. They played some decent stuff and although didn't create too much I think if they perservere with Amorim he will do a good job. Spurs sat on their lead and fair enough defended well but only one team was trying to play football.
  13. Yes. The only side playing it lost.
  14. ??? And Spurs are such a lovely club?
  15. What a terrible terrible horrible advert for football that was. The worst team won, probably the worst winners of any European trophy there's ever been. Scored a shite goal and then camped in their box for 70 mins whilst the majority of their players (especially that absolute weapon Romero) writhed around the floor like they'd been shot and wasted every second they could. I actually think United looked good second half and that actually no European football next year will be a blessing for them. Clear out the crap and the likes of Cunha coming in with Diallo, Garnacho, Bruno and they might have a much better season. Can't believe Spurs won that and have actually won something it doesn't feel right.
  16. To be honest if he does get the job and fans act like this from the start what chance does he have? Points deductions maybe transfer embargo, probably a fire sale of all our best players and coupled with all that fans hating on him before he's even been appointed. He has to be given a chance. I'm sure I read an interview with him more or less admitting he got it wrong at saints trying to play that brand of football and was too stubborn and he'd learn from it. This appointment does have a doomed feel about it already. It's probably the lowest mood at the club since the Stoke relegation day.
  17. Football is gone. The Times article has us charged and probable transfer bans and points deductions whilst underneath is another article with the title 'Chelsea make £200m by selling women's team to themselves and avoid PSR charge' How can they get away with this?
  18. Kasper going and Faes replacing Fofana, coupled the season before with signing Daka, Soumare, Vestergaard and Bertrand and not selling anyone has put us in the crap we are now. How many goals did we concede that relegation season because of Ward? Spurs and Brighton away were as embarrassing a defensive performance as you will ever see.
  19. Our only wins against the other two relegated sides isn't great reading though is it? The only win against a team not near the bottom 5 all season is Bournemouth and how we won that game I still don't know.
  20. There's a few clubs where one or two losses to players will transform them from mid table to relegation fodder, Bournemouth being one of them. Southampton had a wonderful couple of years and lost everyone like Mane, Van dijk etc, and these clubs such as Brighton, Brentford, Bournemouth, start losing a couple of big players and it's could all go wrong. Mbwemo could leave Brentford, Semenyo and Kerkez could leave the Cherries, Brighton could lose Baleba, it will be interesting to see if any of the promoted sides (most likely Leeds) can replace any of those sides next year.
  21. I'm as much looking forward to seeing and cheering Nigel Pearson as I am saying bye to Vardy to be honest. Vardy wouldn't be here without Pearson and none of our modern day success would have happened without him either.
  22. I hope this isn't the same as last seasons last home game. We wanted a big celebration and in the end we lost badly, and a certain Smodzics got both goals.
