Yeah the Top and DOF, multiple managers, but do we scout and recruit like we did? Abdul is great but we've so many below average mentality players kicking a football for us. You are spot on about players overstaying their welcome, but Monga and Silko are way off being any better right now.

Difficult balancing academy players who need time not pressure, Silko struggled today, Monga too. No way that we can give up on 1st team. Marty needs them to perform, if he's good enough.

Difficult job is to build confidence in the players playing poorly, then there is little pressure on the subs who an shine too.

You need good players being subbed for good players to make a confident squad, not 2nd string players only getting on because the 1st choice are poor. Pressure on players all round doesn't turn the form around....Managers get paid to understand this.

Marty shouldn't worry about the things that he can't control, points 1-3, but the players that make up a squad are the reason he gets up in the morning. The lads that kick a football for our club should want to run through a brick wall to do so, motivation is a managers no1 goal. Only then will the LCFC fanbase become loud again. I will not believe fans loyal enough to pay up and make the effort to attend games are passive, pissed off yes, but absolutely not at fault.

Rubin Amorim appears to be passionate/emotional enough to turn, probably, the biggest club in the world around, so maybe it is about finding the right man to lead our team. The correct manager at the right time motivates and give confidence to his men regardless of external pressure. Is Marty that man?
